This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at! From the BMW airport transfer with our driver Vanny, to being greeted at the door by name, all parts of the experience were amazing and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast buffet was exceptional in range and quality, offering the perfect mix of local, Asian, and western delicacies. We enjoyed two massages in the spa and the staff demonstrated great care and expert techniques, which left us feeling equal parts relaxed and revived. The swimming pool was oversized and a perfect temperature to lounge away a few hours, with poolside food and drink service at the press of a button. The luxury and comfort of Club Millésime was matched by the attentive and first-class service of Nikkole and his team. We enjoyed afternoon tea, nightly cocktails and tapas, and the staff assisted us with our every need. We enjoyed dinner at the Italian Restaurant - De Forni - where again we experienced service and hospitality that would rival the world’s best. Our room was well appointed with a large lounge area and bathroom. The balcony offered sweeping views of Phnom Penh and the daily housekeeping and turndown service made us never want to leave. And finally, the most memorable part of our stay was the staff, including Moni, for whom no request could not be met. This was the best hotel we have stayed in and as Accor Diamond members we have experienced some of the best globally. Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra is the best home away from home that you could want. Our only regret was that two nights just simply wasn’t long enough, so I guess we’ll be back again soon. Thank you very much. Matthew and Jemima.

La. Chronique Hotel

Chamkar Morn Phnom Penh|0.58km from OPUS
Everything was exceptional during my 10-day stay at La Chronique. Location is great, but I want focus on the facilities and staff. The hotel is small and very charming with the feel of early 20th century French colonial design and decor. The quiet rooms and the second-floor lobby all lend to one feeling like they've stepped back in time. Staff could not have been more helpful--super attentive to every need. Towels, linens, pillows all great, and the mattress was very comfortable! Two important tips: 1. The hotel is not wheelchair accessible. The lobby is a walk-up from the street, and once inside you find an elevator to access the three floors above with rooms. So one has to walk those steps each day coming and going. Second, I stayed on the first floor in a room with a balcony, which sounds great until you realize it faces an unattractive building across an alley, is not large (about 10 feet wide and extending out only 2 feet...just enough for a small table and two chairs). Most if not all of the rooms are on the small side, and my queen-size bed had only about 6 inches on either side--not enough to really access that way, I always had to climb in from the foot of the bed. A friend had the adjacent room with a king-sized bed and ample room on both sides--the only difference being that room didn't have a balcony. All the balconies take away from room size, quant as they are, and probably only the third floor was high enough to see out any distance. I never used my balcony due to its small size, limited view, and the fact that that side faces the south so it's hot out there most days. On the plus side, the rooms have full windows across that whole outside wall. PS, the shower is outstanding, as other reviews have mentioned, and there are a couple of great meeting rooms for business or small gatherings.

1. Location in traditional neighborhoods, travelers who like to integrate into local life can choose. 2. The surrounding environment is noisy, the sound insulation effect is general, and it is not suitable for passengers with high quiet requirements. Similarly, the interval between the room and the price is small, so the aisle is slightly crowded, and if there is a noise from the guests, it is easy to be affected. 3. The room is very large, it is about 30 square meters. And the balcony is not small, it feels like a home apartment, which is a great advantage. 4. This hotel pays great attention to food. Even if there is no buffet during the epidemic, the daily breakfast is still prepared very thoughtfully, rich and changing tastes every day. But the hygiene of tableware needs to be improved, please see 🥄. 5. The front desk attitude is very good. The small defect is that I asked for breakfast at seven o'clock, but only the first day was delivered on time at seven o'clock, and it was delivered from 7:30 to 8:00 in the next few days, slightly flawed. Service can give four points. 6. Summary: The overall price/performance ratio is medium and upper. Suitable for passengers with high requirements for dining, localization, homeization, and low requirements for quietness. If it is not a high requirement for breakfast, but it is not suitable for passengers who want to find a quiet place to rest and sleep.

Queen Mansion Apartment & Hotel

Location is superb. Good restaurants with quite a lot of varieties of foods nearby like 2mins walk. Highly recommend Pleng Chan for breakfast. Love their pickels. Also Greek restaurant nearby was great. Queen mansion itself is a clean and safe hotel with hot water (considering some hotels in cambodia has only cold-warm water) but lacking some amenities and some issues were bit disappointing. No slippers, only two towels, dirty bath rug, ants in bathroom, one dead cockroach under a bedside drawer. When I stayed in bigger room, there were ants on the bed too. I had to spend almost 2 hrs in the middle of the night to kill 30 red ants on the mattress and pillow and blanket. I found out theres an ant house behind the bed. But I didnt see ants in smaller room. So don't get the room with kitchen. Its full of ants and the gas stove for cooking doesnt work.

Living at 8 floor in the stay, the room is spacious with welcome fruit and distilled water, the mattress is comfortable, big wardrobe with hangers inside. Nice city view from the window. There is 24 hours reception and security which make us safety. The hotel location is good, which is very closed to Russian market. There are many shops, cafes, Big C convinence store, supermarkets around the hotel.
