Excellent location for tourists and a very nice relaxing hotel. Pools are small but ambience are super nice, this hotel is like oasis in the desert. Very green & environmental friendly setting. Don’t miss out the rooftop bar, nice breakfast and spa treatment I guarantee it’s the best in town!

We reserved a suite and a connecting room for our children. It felt as if we were in a flat. We stayed one week. We asked for a view on the Royal Palace, which I highly recommend. Hotel is very new and extremely comfortable and luxurious, staff very friendly and professional. Special mention for Sotheavy Hem in the breakfast lounge, dynamic and always ready to help and to the enthusiastic Srini. As othet reviews mentioned hotel is ideally placed. Hotel was above my expectations and I can only recommend to stay there.

In a pretty busy area. Nice hotel. Tuk Tuk drivers will wait for you to come out to bombard you with rides. Can be a bit overwhelming. They constantly watch for foreigners. Keep your money close in this area.

This hotel really good ambiance and location is great to stay

I think it’s a Chinese boss. I feel like I’m still in China in their apartment. It’s all in Chinese. I heard that it’s the first time I lived in their house. The front desk actually upgraded me to an executive suite. Oh, I’m going. The kitchen and all self-service washing machines must be praised! There is a 24h supermarket downstairs, and you can also play golf on the second floor. I went to look for tea when the guests came at noon. I asked the front desk. There is a tea room, which is very convenient. It seems that I can live here when I come back to work.

As I stepped out of the tuk tuk struggling with my carry on, a guard from the hotel hurriedly came up and took my carry on up the stairs, and then another young man opened the door to the beautiful spacious inviting lobby of the hotel : the young girls at the desk Oun Samnang and the Manager Ms. Seng quickly attended to my registration, while a cold welcoming drink and a moist hand towel was given to me to be refreshed from the hot ride to the hotel! I was asked if I wanted to know more about what was in the neighbourhood area that I would like to visit and I assented: important detail here: I was asked first which was quite perceptive since anyone coming in tired would be too tired to listen! I was quickly shown to my spacious room which was clean, cool and smelled heavenly! I was here for a staycation away from the bustle and hustle of the city with its loud construction sounds: - ALL staff very attentive: from the pool cleaner to the hotel maintenance cleaners: thank you - I had fresh fruit awaiting me when I went up to the room: there was glass bottle with water and a refill station downstairs if needed more: very environmentally conscious ! BRAVO for this! - the safety box gave me trouble and immediately the manager and staff came up and within minutes helped me - it was found out that somehow I was double booked from my online booking, and the manager who discovered it quickly pointed this out because she did not want me to be charged twice on my credit card: I was very impressed with her attention to detail ( I will not know yet how this will be solved since I booked online through Agoda) Breaking news: Manager Seng solved that for me and I was not charged! VERY GRATEFUL AND THANK YOU Manager Seng! - the French cafe Le Cafe at White Mansion＞: cannot say enough about the staff there and the manager Ms.Sokunthy of that cafe: breakfast was delicious: coffee hot like I want and not warm as in other hotels: attention being given to even down to the bread knife for the baguette! Even if I just wanted great desserts and coffee, a place to work, I can always come to the cafe here on my day off! They graciously brought out my breakfast to the pool side area for me! - the room: amenities good: I like the idea of liquid soap rather than the little soaps given at other hotels! AND there is a blow dryer in the room! - I am an early riser: so happy that breakfast which was included began at 6:30 - at ‘turn down’ for the bed around 6, freshly baked delicious cookies were brought to the room! Cons: - it is an international hotel: so smoking is allowed everywhere: so a positive for smokers but a non-smoker who is allergic to cigarette smoke, I had to shorten my times at the pool because of this -

I have just returned from my fourth stay at this hotel, 12 nights, Room 302. Located on Street 172 known as Backpacker Street. A great stay as always, nothing is ever a problem here. Fast check in, no issues. Very comfortable room with everything you need including a safe. Pay a little more and get a balcony room, watch the world go by outside. Good internet connection. On site laundry service. What makes this hotel is the staff: warm, friendly, professional and caring. Everybody speaks English or at least their English is much better than my Khmer. Great location. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the street. Tuk Tuk's just outside the front door. Big convenience store at the end of the street. The Manager kindly gave me a late check out of 3 hours on my last day for no cost. Thank you to everybody at the Silver Mounts Hotel for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and I can't wait to be back next year.

Hotel was near the main airport which was what we were looking for. The reception staff was efficient, friendly and got us to our room quickly. We had the best lunch at CCC and loved the extensive grounds and large pool. Room was clean, spacious, good bed, good air con for the price. Shower room was a little dated but ok. We were given a packed breakfast as we had an early start the next day. We would stay there again.

It seemed like the reservation wasn't made properly, but they prepared a room for me. When I went into my room and tried to open my suitcase, the suitcase lock wouldn't open, so I went to the lobby to ask for help because there was nothing I could do. Thank you for your help 👴🪛 Even when I didn't know how to lock my room, she came to my room and taught me. thank you very much. When I went to have breakfast the next day, she smiled and said good morning, which made me happy. Breakfast was delicious 😊 I took a lot of care of them, and they were great staff!
