The staff was outgoing and very helpful. I liked the layout of the room, loved having a couch to watch tv or read etc. Having a food area a bailable any time for purchase was great for me that need food at other times than restaurant available. loved the pool and jacuzzi.

WE chose it because of the pool and jaccuzi option but the jacuzzi was broken when we got there and they seem to have had the issue for a long time. Big disappointment for sore bodies needing a soak.

The hotel has decently priced nightly rates for what you get. Rooms are spacious,
Clean with modern decor. My only complaint would be the mattress could be better, but this is not a 4-5 star hotel. The cleanliness and location is what mattered most to us. Would def stay again.

The room king suite was spacious and had everything we needed.
The flooring was not flat, like the tiles were loose in places and made walking around quietly impossible. They would “pop” up behind you.
Shower was not very hot.
Finally the plugs next to the bed only work when the light is on which makes charging your devices overnight impractical

The customer service was amazing! One night the blinds didn’t go down all the way and the cars from 101 were flashing into the room all night. The next morning I went talk to them about the blind and the guy moved us to another room. You’re close to desert ridge so I recommend this hotel.
