Moxy Phoenix Downtown

I can't tell you what an amazing experience my best friend and I had staying here. We were in town to see Justin Timberlake. Upon check in we were heated with a smile by "Jelly". You receive a "free drink" coupon with your stay. I don't drink so she make me the most beautiful Shirley Temple. The "Stash" closet had all the things I needed that I forgot at home. Such a quaint room. I love the vintage look and feel of the whole place. I didn't want to leave. ONLY downside was parking. You are pretty much forced to valet park.

The hotel, staff, location were all perfect. However, we made arrangements the night before with the valet to bring our vehicle up since we were leaving for our flight at 3am. we tipped him and he said the vehicle would be on the street in front of the mariott. at 3a.m. When we went downstairs, the car was not there and the keys were not located for 10 minutes. they had a note on them that said EARLY DEPARTURE. luckily the desk clerk and the security guard worked together to take my husband into the garage and located the car with much difficulty. we did get to the airport on time, but it was very nerve racking. the night desk clerk said it was the 3rd time that week that it had happened. she also stated that the valet sat in the lobby until midnight when he left and was on his phone. This person does not need to be working there. The tip we gave him should go to the security guard who helped out.

I LOVED everything about this hotel. It was clean and modern. The room was very comfortable. I will definitely be back

The Moxy was a hip and fun hotel in a perfect location. The staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful with ideas and locations for activities near by. I would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic place to stay. The decor is very cool throughout. Rooms are smaller, but very well decorated. Staff is amazingly helpful and friendly. Shout out to Carmen in housekeeping, she is awesome. Another shout out to the front desk crew.
