We stay here often and love it every time! From the staff to the pools, top notch! Love my Hiltons!

GREAT location! Absolutely stunning views surrounding the resort! There were areas you could hike on site and the Point In Thyme had the most tasty chicken sandwich! We also loved how many pools there were on site! Our room was nice and spacious, for the both of us! Would highly recommend.

Don’t want my check- in with Braden at the Front Desk to go unrecognized. Stayed one night this past Friday. He went above and beyond with everything. Great hospitality and very helpful. Will be staying here whenever I am in the Phoenix area! Thanks Braden you are a legend!

A disappointment...horrible front desk service - no info provided, didn't even give me the parking tag, i asked a day later because 8 saw vehicles with one and a nasty attitude woman gave me one; loud, banging A/C, dirty room and filthy pool areas. Fortunately, we had activities each day, and was barely at this "resort". We attempted one evening at a pool and another family had to tell us it was closed due to a kid's pool accident. Staff said nothing. We moved to a different pool that was packed with trash everywhere and I saw lots of employees, but they weren't picking up anything. Had no soap in room, cleaning person came all the way to room to check as if she didn't believe me, she saw it was fact, left again and came back with one tiny soap. It was comical. But, the beauty of Grand Canyon and Sedona made up for this "resort". Maybe the golfing is good, we didn't have time.

This was a beautiful property. It is a lot of walking if you are up higher in the cliff but they have golf carts everywhere to pick you up. The staff was excellent. Took teenage boys and a young adult son with us. Golf course is amazing and the boys loved the pickle ball. Food at the pool was reasonable but the restaurant on site is pricey.

Attention to detail in room is lacking. Staff are not particularly helpful. Room layout and functionality is awkward. Not told would be by outside generator and over parking lot by dumpsters, bathroom and doors to main area recently painted and did not close. Thermostat does not work well. Sliding door to bedroom stuck a lot and could be fire hazard. Parking lot is dangerous to walk in, especially at night.
