Managed an event at the property. The banquet staff was excellent - so attentive and easy to get along with. They were flexible and able to readjust set up and planning as needed in real time as requested by the client. The staff was always available for consultation during pre-event planning. The property’s pricing was reasonable and the service and menu were great. I highly recommend this property.

Coming from the hospitality capital of the world my expectations are usually not that high when I travel. BUT the Camby had exceeded my expectations. The concierge, Ryan, made check in a breeze and was so personable and friendly and he answered all of my questions. The hotel is across from some fantastic shopping. Ryan gave me directions how to walk there. Theres a cute little walk way and pedestrian tunnel under the main road so that you can walk to the plaza safely. My room was spotless and great view of the mountains. The decor was so cool, they have this cow skull sconce that i desperately need in my home, its pretty cool. The bed was super comfy and I slept soooo good! But it's probably because the night before I sat at the bar with David, the bartender. He makes a fantastic martini! Overall just a welcoming and great experience. Definitely will be back!

A great oasis in the middle of Phoenix. Great location not too far from the airport, Scottsdale etc in Bil**ore district. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed and the pool was fantastic. Don’t forget to look for the secret panel wall with a game room hidden behind it.

This was a last minute decision to stay overnight at the Camby. We live in the area but were attending a wine dinner and didn’t want to drive home afterwards. Best decision ever! The front desk personnel were very friendly and gave us an unexpected upgrade. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast in Artizen was excellent. We will definitely stay again for a local ‘staycation’.

I thought my experience will be fascinating at this property. However, I was completely disappointed. I walked in, with my boyfriend, and wasn’t greeted by friendly faces at the reception desk, instead 2 snooty front desk personnel. Maybe because I’m Asian and everyone else who’s walking in was of a different race? I certainly hope not!!! I’ve stayed at 4+++ hotels before, and was treated better. I expected the rooms to be at par with the ritz hotel, as this used to be one, located in Camelback Phoenix, AZ. Nope! This hotel is very pretentious! The reservation we had was with a breakfast option. Oh man! The food was horrible! My steel cut oa**eal was watered down and my boyfriend’s omelette only had 2 pcs of meat, and the rest was solely eggs. If you can find a better hotel in this area, go there instead and skip this one. Not worth $350.00/night IMO. Lastly - who wants to stare at a plastic skull of a cow next to your tv??? Take done! It’s not aesthetically pleasing!
