The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, situated near I-17 and offering a variety of dining and shopping options within walking distance. We appreciated the proximity of a Walmart right next to the hotel. The room was clean and featured a well-equipped kitchen. While the breakfast was decent, lacking the option to make waffles was a downside for our selective eater. We were disappointed that coffee wasn't available all day at the coffee station, and we never had the chance to try the evening appetizers during our stay. All the staff members were friendly, appeared content in their roles, and the housekeeping service was exceptional. We felt secure both within and around the hotel. During our extended stay, we made use of the laundry facility, which was good, but we found the price of three dollars per load quite high. Attending a sports event, we had to do laundry three times, which amounted to a total of $18 for washing and drying.

Staff was very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Room was clean but dresser drawers were loose and did not work. There were no shears for bedroom in suite. Breakfast was adequate but not enough variety. For being fully renovated, I was disappointed.

Great place to stay, had a newly renovated room, bed super comfy, nice sofa and new lighting. It fell short with some very simple things - kitchen faucet was old, stained and not working properly, shower floor pan had a chunk missing and sticky black goop on it. Seems like quality control is missing with the renovation job.
Breakfast was excellent, location is fantastic.
This seems to be a consistent theme with the Hilton chains. Try to renovate but miss the mark on the simple things. Switched over to a Best Western tonight and it’s great!
