Water was being turned off at 10pm and only restored at 5am. Even though I was told that because of that parking would be at half pricing, I was still changed in full on my way out. Had to reach the front desk and review it. Breakfast was good, but the tables were dirty. Not crazy bad, but had much higher expectations when I booked. Definately will look for other option on my next trip to Phoenix.

We had a really wonderful experience at the Embassy Suites. We were able to check into our room early, thanks to communication on the app that I had with the wonderful front desk staff. We received our welcome goodies upon arrival for being a Diamond member. It was a great suite. There were complimentary drinks in the evening, and a great breakfast with a made-to-order omelette bar. It was right off the light rail, so it was easy to go to the Diamondbacks ball games. Housekeeping even made a cute washcloth bunny for us since we were there over Easter. If we ever get another chance, we'll be coming back here!

Love this hotel and stay here annually. This visit wasn’t as good as others. Parking is quite expensive, free drinks included with stay are terrible options, staff not as friendly, restaurant food wasn’t great.

I always love staying at Embassy Suites and i have to say that this location is one of the nicer ones so far. The rooms were comfortable for my family and the amenities are great. They really catered to a traveler from providing great options for breakfast to evening service to the bar service. Everyone was so nice too and greeted us with all smiles. Thank you for surpassing my expectations. My family and I will be back soon!

Bedsheets were not cleaned, toilet clogged easily and drainage was slow. It was simply too much money to have not gotten a clean and reliable room. I found a receipt in the bedsheets that was not ours, and it was clear the sheets were not washed. The bathroom also smelt of mildew. Reception was not friendly. 0/10.
