Very convenient and comfortable

I liked staying there while repairs were made to my condo 2-18-24th and I would have stayed another three week but your rates went from 2,200.00 a week to over 5,0000.00 because if spring training in the area and I couldn’t justify the rate increase so I moved to another hotel.

Hotel was ok. in season price was very expensive for the hotel. We showed up at 10pm after a long dinner and the front doors were locked. We had to pound of the door for at least 5 minutes to get someone's attention (and yes we used our key cards but they did not seem to work). we were there for 3 nights. NO housekeeping! when i asked about the lack of housekeeping when i checked out, they told me that guests do not get housekeeping until they are there 4 nights??? Really, for that price, it seems to me that it is just pure greed by Hilton. They serve a breakfast in the am between 6:30am and 9:30am - while better than nothing, i would say the food is meh....... Big room, comfortable bed.

The room was very large, with a bedroom with TV, and a living/dining room, also with a TV. A good bathroom with lots of towels. A small kitchen made it a very good choice if you want to prepare a meal for yourself. Bed was comfy, towels were fluffy and nice. Furniture looked good. WiFi was good. A number of HD TV channels. Clean all around. Restaurants, bars and shopping within walking distance. The staff was very nice and helpful, both front desk and breakfast attendant. Did not use the pool etc. due to time limitations.

Very convenient location and spacious rooms

This is the second time we stayed here. The room was spacious and very clean. We got the king bed suite with kitchen. We were on a long, long road trip so it was nice that after a long day of traveling together I could stretch out in the bedroom and my husband could kick back in the living/dining room and we could have be apart for a little while. We had a good size refrigerator with a separate freezer so we could pile all of our ice blocks in it. It was a great place to stay a length of time since we spent a few days here visiting friends/family. The staff was all welcoming and professional but their was one woman (African-American) who worked the night and the early, early shift who went over and beyond (I wish I had gotten her name). On Sunday, the breakfast starts 30 minutes later than the week days (at 7:00 am). We didn’t realize that and had gotten up extra early to hit the road. When we came downstairs and discover that we had the breakfast time wrong - she went out of her way to help us get some cold selections (cereal, bagels, coffee, juice, etc) together so we didn’t have to wait. She was more than helpful and went into to the kitchen to see what could be done and kept checking with us to make sure we had what we needed. 45 minutes later when we were checking out, she was transitioning with other staff members to head home. Truly a great stay!

Likes: Good location not far from some restaurants, and shops, and a few miles from a couple of mountain hikes. Free breakfast and parking. Good room size and space, like a small 1-bedroom apartment. Fridge, microwave oven, and dishwasher. Mobile check-in and you can choose your room. Keyless entry. Dislikes: The fitness center is small, with just a treadmill, elliptical, and bike. The television has no channel guide. The pillows are very soft, too soft for my liking. The sheets for the king bed do not fit, so as you turn over, they move with you.

The 2-bedroom suite was the perfect size for my family, which includes 3 big teenage boys.

This is not a good experience for business travelers. The halls and my room also have a faint and unpleasant mustiness and old food smell. The ceilings are low and the lighting is a weird LED tone. There is no real restaurant at which to eat. No bar area to sit at and work. The bed is only so so and so is the shower. The decor is very 1990s. Evening staff was a little rude except for a nice man painting the elevator area. Morning staff was ok.
