The hotel is in the city center with convenient transportation. Self-parking is free, the parking lot is a short distance away from the hotel, and cannot be seen directly... Might need to consider for guests who want to ensure the safety of their vehicles... The overall service is good, and the room is clean.

The restaurant only had one person working, he was working hard but customers were waiting a long time. Fire alarm went off all night. Fridge so noisy and could clearly hear all traffic from the road like our windows were wide open, which they were not. When checking out they just didn't answer why alarm kept going off, no apology. Got very little sleep for an early flight out.

I was charged $25 for room service daily. I checked out early at 8 am.
Still didn’t credit my money back n charge me overuse service. I didn’t order or use anything!

Just the parking was hard for my mom. It was a long walk for her. Maybe offer rides from the parking to the front door. Otherwise all was well! Beautiful decorations for Christmas. Beautful property and rooms! Louis at the front desk was great!

The loudest elevator in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Major mechanical issues that shake the whole building. It sounds like someone operating a jackhammer in the middle of the night.
