Convenient to Mayo hospital. But the property does not take into account that you’re staying there because a family member is in the hospital so they charge seasonal rates to everyone.

Victoria at the front desk was very kind and caring we really appreciated her knowledge! All staff we encountered seem to love working and doing their job. Very convenient to Mayo Clinic and they have a shuttle. Breakfast was really good, our only complaint was the parking.

All o the people at this facility was amazing, caring & compassionate. Special appreciation to Stephanie at the front desk as she went above & beyond to assist me during a very difficult time. Facility is clean and very accommodating to families & patients while at the Mayo Clinic. These people are truly amazing and my stay was much easier with their kindness.

Stephanie at the front desk was so helpful, caring, and very professional! She went above and beyond to make sure we had no issues and made sure we ended our stay nothing but happy!! My phone had came up missing and she was not going to let me leave without finding it as if it was her own!!

Stephanie at the front desk was awesome. She welcomed us warmly warmly for our stay while our loved one had surgery at Mayo hospital. She was extremely helpful and caring. Wished we encountered more like her when we travel. Thank you for your hospitality. JA

We recently stayed at the Residence Inn Mayo Clinic. Overall, it was very pleasant! - The staff is so helpful and friendly. Every single person went the extra mile - The rooms are comfortable enough and easily suitable for a long stay - The gym is small but functional with all the needed equipment - I did not have breakfast but people seemed to like it - The location was great if you are hanging around Scottsdale All in all, a win!
