Super comfy beds, clean, thoughtful appealing design in the rooms. Nice amenities throughout with a spacious, well-equipped gym and pool area. The Carcara restaurant was glam and tasty. Shoutout to Tom the bellman who was so helpful and gregarious!

Due to the inevitable airline operations problems, my flight was changed from 1:10 pm, to 4 pm, to 6:56 pm and now currently at 9:30 pm. By the time I reach Sheraton Phoenix, it will be past 1 am. My seminar starts at 8 am, but registration is before that. I am so tired, no guarantee that flight will not be moved again.

Nice service , excellent upkeep of the hotel , genuinely decent stay we had here , arrangements in the banquets was also good , public areas also well serviced . Overall an excellent stay. rooms were also good and housekeeping done with a lot of care

So pleased with my stay at the Sheraton Phoenix Downtown. The room was very clean, spacious, comfortable with a great view. The bathroom looked like it had been recently remodeled, it was beautiful with plenty of room. The pool area was large and also had beautiful views. I know many people do not like daily housekeeping, but I find it's a pleasure to walk into a refreshed room. One of the best features was the choice of restaurants/bars in the hotel. What a treat to be able to get a made to order breakfast from a menu as opposed to the buffet breakfasts that seem to be in the majority of hotels now.

Our stay was very comfortable, customer service was over the top. We had a room that happened to be next door to a room that had a party going on. We could not sleep, the hotel staff were great at responding and making sure we were comfortable. They offered us a different room for the following night to avoid another loud party on our second night.
