Not recommended. Not recommended. The sound insulation is really bad. There were all kinds of noises outside all night. The air conditioner was like an engine. It might be similar to Hanting.

Parking: At check in I was told I could leave my car for 14 days at $7 per day. The next morning I called to ask if I needed to come to the desk to arrange my parking and someone simply said “yes” and hung up, with out another comment (like thank you or good by). Just hung up. The same woman at the desk told me there was a 7 day maximum at $10 per day. I asked to speak to the manager and while eating yogurt behind the counter, she garbled that she indeed was the manager. I found that odd since most managers don’t wear tshirts to work. I explained and said I’d pay the $10, but my car would be parked for 14 days. She grabbed a paper for me to sign and never uttered another word. Maybe she was eating her lunch now. I’ve never ever been treated so non-important by anyone. Not even at Motel 6.

The housekeeping staff were excellent and went above and beyond. The front desk was often unattended, which was a problem.

It was close to the airport and convenient. It's far from the city center, so there are few restaurants.
The condition of the facilities was not very good. Those who don't mind may not mind, but I couldn't change the bath from a shower to a faucet (broken), the lights around the bed didn't turn on, and the water in the bathroom didn't drain easily (drainage), so I couldn't wash my underwear. There were various problems like that.
When I went to the front desk to ask about these issues, they didn't make any progress, so I had a very bad impression of the hotel at first, but I found that the staff other than the unimpressive front desk person were kind and helpful. The other front desk people responded immediately. The water in the bathroom also drained quickly, so I was able to stay comfortably. The shuttle bus driver was also nice.
What I liked was the quality of the bed. Some hotels have beds that are too hard and make you sore the next day, but here I was able to sleep comfortably.

WE CALLED FOR THE SHUTTLE. AFTER 30 MINUTES STILL NO CAR. CALLED AGAIN THEN THEY SHOWED UP. WAITING 45 MINUTS IS NOT FUN.THE DRIVER IS NOT FRIENDLY. HE WOULD NOT TOUCH OUR BAGS. THE STAFF AT THE HOTEL WAS SUPER NICE. KATHY AT THE BAR IS A WONDERFUL HOSTEST.ROOM WAS CLEAN .FOOD WAS GOOD.

After spending 10 days in Northern Arizona taking what could be described as a "rustic" vacation, it was nice to be pampered at the Radisson Hotel Phoenix Airport for our last night before flying back home. We were stunned to walk into the lobby and see such an upscale hotel! Yet the price was maybe just a little higher than some of our less stellar-hotels. Our room was amazing--very large, nice bed, large fluffy pillows, large work area, nice seating, and a bathroom that will pamper you with wonderful towels and large sample sizes of shampoo, cream rinse and lotion. The shower was a joy to use after our long trip hiking National Parks--high enough showerhead for my very tall husband, great pressure, and plenty of hot water. We only stayed for one night, so we didn't have enough time to use the hotel amenities. But we did eat dinner downstairs. Although the menu was small, everything we ordered was great. Our server was a bit overworked but she was also excellent (I wish I remembered her name). We have never stayed in a Radisson Hotel before, but we will definitely seek them out in the future.

The person who check me in and out was truly outstanding-Talyer was her name--You could not ask for a better employee and she went pout of her way to take care of me and my transportation needs. Many, Many thanks to her.
