1. The room had a big bug, which was quite at night, but started to jump on the wall, flied over my bed, and made lots of noises in the morning. This scared me and woke me up at 5am. 2. the quality of breakfast is not consistent. I ordered the same fruit plate on May 30 and June 6, but half of the fruit on June 6 was not fresh. 3. The customer service of front desk is a big concern. I called back to the hotel around 9pm on Jun 9 about the room charge for my stay on June 5. The lady who picked up the call didn't even let me explain the whole scenario of my problem(she only let me finish talking first half of my problem), but kept saying she's doing everything correctly. I tried to interrupt her and explain more details, but she just kept talking and didn't even allow me to talk. Because she didn't listen to me and kept talking about the stuff that I was not asking for, I requested to talk to her manager or another person, but she said she's the manager of Royal Palms Resort. I asked what her name is, and she refused to tell me her name. This is my worst experience with Hyatt ever, and compared to the room charge problem itself, the rude customer service made me very disappointed.
