We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. My children and I enjoyed the on-site water park. The rooms were lovely and clean. We plan to make this our go to place to rent. I wish check in was earlier than 6pm but other than that everything was good.

Property layout is confusing
Check in experience was great but the overall service standards for a resort was definitely below satisfactory. The water collections were nice but I think I may choose a different resort in the future

Start with the positives: Very nice, modern lobby and check-in experience. Two guys there to take my bags and take me to my room on a golf cart. The Oasis water park is very cool if you have kids with you. Clean, well-staffed, lots to do there. The room were fine, nothing spectacular but clean and comfortable. The ability to text a number and have a golf cart pick you up is nice - it's a large property. The negatives: I was in the Mountainside suites, which is the farthest room complex from the lobby. It also sits directly next to, and overlooking, the interstate. The noise from the interstate is constant and impossible to drown out. All night loud noise. Be prepared if you get a room over there. It's also not the most well-kept part of the property, with exterior entrances and just a motel-feel to it all. I'm sure the experience is different if you're staying at another part of the property but here it felt very run-down. Locations seems fine - walked to an In-N-Out and felt safe.

We only needed a room for 1 night, and we chose this hotel because it was a reasonable distance to the Phoenix airport and had hiking trails close by. The room had dated furniture, with some upgraded fixtures. The guest wifi did not work. The Rustlers Rooms restaurant was a fun experience, and the food was excellent.
