Absolutely horrible! Worn out rooms that are outdated and falling apart. Our table chairs are tearing and have holes, the walls are beat up, the entire hotel stunk like sewer including the lobby, several guest were plugging their noses and coughing due to the smell. The pool bar had horrible customer service and the staff was extremely rude. Unfortunately we have one more night here and I can’t wait to check out tomorrow. I expected more from the Kimpton especially for what you pay. We will never be back and I’ll be sure to spread the word on our experience

I only stayed one night but it was a very comfortable stay and the room upgrade was appreciated (as was the coffee machine). The font desk staff were very friendly and offered helpful suggestions for getting around town. The hotel has a bar downstairs and one by the pool upstairs (very popular in the afternoon). Breakfast is outsourced - you can get it delivered or takeaway (free on some IHG memberships) or eat next door (at own expense).

Great stay and great staff. Eden Rooftop Bar was highly disappointing and horrible service, but the rest of hotel stay was amazing.

The whole experience was top notch. We held our meetings in meeting rooms Mural I and Mural II. We enjoyed a delicious meal at the Blue Hound. The hotel staff was welcoming and so nice to work with. The hotel is very clean and nicely updated. I really appreciate the personalized service and can’t wait to come back!

We loved our stay here. Lyle at the front desk was the best and so was Sam from the restaurant. We liked the upstairs and the pool deck and the bar! We really enjoyed it!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel on 3/19/2024 we stayed in the Arena view suite and the suite was okay overall. We checked out on 3/20/2024 and revived our final bill of $909 and some change. When we got home the next day I found that we had been billed nearly $600.00 for room service that we never received. I called the hotel front desk three separate times and was told that I had ordered room service when I absolutely did not. I was told by two different front desk clerks that their manager was in a meeting. That must have been an extremely long meeting, because my first call to the front desk was around 1:00 PM and at 8:00 PM I haven’t heard from any manager at that hotel. The executive chef from the hotel did call me and was able to straighten it out with the desk, but never once did anyone say hey we made a mistake and we’re sorry, so basically I view this place as incompetent and rude. I just won’t be going back.

We've enjoyed this Kimpton about a dozen times in the past seven years. Unfortunately the room decor is old and run down. We'd noticed that the desk chair was very worn the last couple of stays but assumed it was an oversight. The desk chair in last night's room was equally worn as was the leather bed frame with tears and the like. I also noticed that the facial tissue is now an inferior, rough brand. These are just examples. Service remains good and so does the Blue Hound, but the rooms need a facelift. And P.S., they don't have smart tvs so you can't stream. They've not stayed with the times.
