So my kids were treated disrespectfully. I had no towels in my room. I had nothing no the amenities that were promised to me in my room I was also not given any courtesy to what my needs were

The first evening we were there we got locked out of our room because apparently you can’t have bikes in the room. Nowhere did it state this before we reserved the room, otherwise we wouldn’t have even stayed. They wanted us to lock our $3,000 race bikes on the bike racks outside next to the pool. (Not Happening) then the water had to get shut off due to some sewage problem, found a cockroach in our room, and floor hadn’t been swept or mopped.

The photo posted is totally misleading. The staff was nice, however the facility is shabby and in poor repair. The vinyl flooring was coming apart in pieces. The bathroom was scary. Also, there were no hangers, kleenix, shampoo, conditioner, alarm clock, or phone.
