It was a surprising stay. All ok with check in although I arrived late around 10.30 pm. Room clean and very espacious with all necesary for a nice stay. AC working well, no issues, no bad noises. Well & enough breakfast, may be they can include one or two more options on fruit and one more extra than eggs for every day.
All staff pending to help and serving. The homeless people that is near to the hotel is the only bad thing but is something that the hotel can't control.

The Homeless randomly sleeping in lobby and out the front door isn’t comforting. When you look out your window and see homeless guys literally peeing it’s ridiculous.

It a cool area. Lots of places to eat around. The McDonald's across does have alot of homeless, but we didnt have any issues. It was a nice place for the price i paid. Id go back for sure.

I was quite pleased with my stay at the Green Tree. There was lots of parking. The location was great. Lobby was top notch. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was good sized and well furnished. The bed and pillow were extremely comfortable.
The breakfast was ok. The only things that could make it better would be 24-hour coffee in the lobby (they do have Koenig coffee makers in the room which made great coffee), and someplace to sit in the smoking area. (Yes, I am addicted to that nasty habit.)
I was there for 4 days on a business trip and would not hesitate to stay at the Green Tree again.

Stayed overnight. Cleanliness was fair. Facility was a little run down. The chair in our room had cigarette burns in it. Bathroom was fine.
