Avoid this hotel. The pictures hid the true state of the rooms, they are old, dusty, and poorly kept. The air conditioning did not work very well, and the beds were some of the worst we’ve ever slept on. There is not much around the hotel, you’ll need a car. The hotel seems to make most of its money from tourists and groups traveling through for single nights, that’s probably why there is clearly no inves**ent in quality rooms. We left the hotel early because of the state of the bed and room and they would not refund or work with us. The only decent part was breakfast. Might as well have stayed in a cheap hostel and gotten the same experience.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff. The rooms are looking a little tired and the bed is not the most comfortable but lovely for a short stay. No restaurant at the moment due to the COVID situation, but seems to still be some excellent restaurants and cafés in Phrae to get dinner and breakfast at

A lovely resort hotel in the small city of Phrae. Spacious rooms, a great restaurant with a delicious buffet every meal, quiet, comfortable beds. We went swimming in the big pool and had it to ourselves one afternoon.

As part of a personalized circuit organized by Climats du monde, this one-day break in this hotel was the most disappointing. The large, well-appointed room didn't make up for the major negatives. The tour of the pool practiced around 5 p.m. was not clean (pigeon droppings on the deck chairs and around the pool...), the back of the sink was black with dirt (I noticed it while looking for an object that rolled), the seals needed to be reviewed). Finally the dinner and the breakfast was of the level of a 4 star. To illustrate: the bread and the croissants were industrial and came out of plastic packaging bags...and it was for all the same.

Beautiful building with lovely water features around reception. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money. Stayed one night, v good location for finding your way round Phrae.

Pretty poor really. The location is not ideal for the town centre, shops and restaurants all of which you need transport for. Ample parking and the property is well designed being on two sides of a triangle, nice communal areas and furniture but the guest rooms are very dated and in real need of refreshing, the bed sheets had holes in and we tried to get them changed only to be told in Thai that all the bed sheets had holes in! Has a nice swimming pool and deck area, breakfast was OK but very ordinary and the one evening meal we had there was equally uninspiring. The hotel was full with people travelling up country for the new year and its fine for a one night stop on the way to Nam or somewhere else but really the whole place is tired and in need of inves**ent and refreshing.
