"I arrived around 9 PM and called to let them know. A staff member gave me my room number. The room was clean enough, but the showerhead was a bit old. The booking stated breakfast was included, but the resort said they weren't aware because Trip.com hadn't informed them. However, they were happy to provide breakfast and coffee, which showed good responsibility. In short, I paid for free breakfast but didn't get to eat it because I didn't have time to wait. I wonder if Trip.com will take any responsibility for this."

The hotel owner and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful—they genuinely go out of their way to ensure guests feel at home and have everything they need for a smooth stay. Convenience & Practicality Parking: No stress here. There is plenty of parking available right in front of the hotel, and additional spaces are provided at the back of the building, which is very convenient for those traveling with their own vehicle. Location: The building itself is easy to find and provides a peaceful environment while still being accessible. Final Verdict: Whether you're here for business or leisure, The Indigo House offers great value, beautiful design, and top-tier service. Highly recommended for a comfortable and authentic stay in Phrae!"
