"B2 in Phrae is a nice smaller hotel suitable for few nights. The rooms are a bit small, but they are clean. It is not close to town center, but there is our favorite BBQ buffet right across the street!  The staff are also wonderful and very friendly."

"The location of the hotel is very good. It's in the city. The room size is good, the view is good. But the swimming pool is very cloudy. So I didn't swim. The service of the staff is ok, very good."

"This hotel is centrally located in Phrae, conveniently close to various tourist attractions. However, the soundproofing in the rooms is extremely poor. I could distinctly hear the elevator, people walking by, and conversations happening in the hallway. The rooms are standard, a bit on the small side, and the bed was quite firm. What truly shocked me upon entering was finding stagnant water in the sink. The soap and shampoo bottles had visible residue on them, making me reluctant to use them; I actually had to scrub them clean with my toothbrush. In the morning (around 7:15 AM), my key card stopped working, failing to activate the room's electricity. I then had to wait until 8:00 AM for a technician to begin work. On a positive note, I'd like to commend the front desk staff for their helpful and well-intentioned service."

"I have to say, it's located in a side street that's not too deep, making it very convenient for me to get around. The story and the room are spacious and very clean. It seems like a happy experience. How was the service? The energy was quick. I saw some problems with the service. The school's arm-opening approach to students was great, but they were happy that the smell of rice was so good. The drama of working is something we don't need to worry about. Check-in was very fast. It impressed me a lot since noon."

"The hotel is new, everything in the room is new, and while it's small but cozy, leave the air conditioning on overnight. There's no forced-air ventilation in the room, and the window is sealed. Only the bathroom has a window. The lack of oxygen can make it uncomfortable in the morning. Overall, I recommend this hotel."

Here's a breakdown of my experience: Room and Amenities: Japanese Style Design: The room featured a charming Japanese aesthetic, with traditional decor that added a unique touch to the stay. Room Comfort: The room was comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit small. However, it was well-maintained and perfectly acceptable for a short stay. Convenient Laundry: One of the highlights was the availability of a washing machine and dryer. For just 90 baht, I was able to do my laundry, which was very convenient. Location: Central Location: The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the town. Nearby Amenities: There are several food stalls nearby, and the Big C Supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient for picking up essentials. Overall, my stay at Kinnotel was comfortable and convenient, especially for those looking to experience a blend of traditional Japanese design with modern amenities in a central location."

"I am a 63-year-old retired man from Taiwan. I traveled independently in the northern provinces of Thailand. This hotel I booked in Phrae Province is very suitable for me. The hotel operators are a friendly couple who can communicate in English. They have two children. I saw them while having breakfast and thought they were very smart and they should do well in school in the future. The boss told me I and they have been to Taiwan a few months ago, and I welcome them to visit Taiwan again if they have the opportunity."
