"This hotel is centrally located in Phrae, conveniently close to various tourist attractions. However, the soundproofing in the rooms is extremely poor. I could distinctly hear the elevator, people walking by, and conversations happening in the hallway. The rooms are standard, a bit on the small side, and the bed was quite firm. What truly shocked me upon entering was finding stagnant water in the sink. The soap and shampoo bottles had visible residue on them, making me reluctant to use them; I actually had to scrub them clean with my toothbrush. In the morning (around 7:15 AM), my key card stopped working, failing to activate the room's electricity. I then had to wait until 8:00 AM for a technician to begin work. On a positive note, I'd like to commend the front desk staff for their helpful and well-intentioned service."

"Friendly hotel close to town centre, with good beds and clean rooms. Everything worked properly, and we had a fridge. Water refills are free and there is tea and coffee available all day in the downstairs kitchen, which is a nice place to sit too. Hotel has bikes you can use, and they can help with car or scooter hire. We really enjoyed staying there"

"The hotel is new, everything in the room is new, and while it's small but cozy, leave the air conditioning on overnight. There's no forced-air ventilation in the room, and the window is sealed. Only the bathroom has a window. The lack of oxygen can make it uncomfortable in the morning. Overall, I recommend this hotel."

Room Comfort: The room was comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit small. However, it was well-maintained and perfectly acceptable for a short stay. Convenient Laundry: One of the highlights was the availability of a washing machine and dryer. For just 90 baht, I was able to do my laundry, which was very convenient. Location: Central Location: The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the town. Nearby Amenities: There are several food stalls nearby, and the Big C Supermarket is just a 5-minute walk away, which was very convenient for picking up essentials. Overall, my stay at Kinnotel was comfortable and convenient, especially for those looking to experience a blend of traditional Japanese design with modern amenities in a central location."
