Great find, quiet street, 2 min walk to the beach, very close to bars and restaurants. Cheap and very clean with fantastic staff, can’t fault it at all. Breakfast simple but does the job. And they are also associated with the chill bar on the beach, which means free sun beds. Perfect!!

I'm satisfied with the price. It's clean and less messy than the shower filter Seashell. Haha Oxen Beach Bar is very close and worth going.

This is the best hotel I stayed in Vietnam for 5 years of living and travelling here :) With such a low price it is just a gift! Staff really knows what to do, cleaning of rooms every day (without reminding). Yes, this hotel doesn't have their own beach, but it is just in 5 min walk and you can rest wherever you like. Breakfast os really good and they change food every day, so you will mot get bored. Windows of our room were facing back yard, so it was not noisy at all. Highly recommend!
