The customer service exceeded our expectations. They really thought of every little detail! The entire resort staff were friendly, personal and helpful. This was truly the best customer service I have ever experienced and I have traveled a lot! I highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Phu Quoc was supposed to rain, but miraculously it was cloudy and sometimes sunny. I'm grateful that it didn't rain lol.
It's been a long time since Chensi, but it's stable as usual.
Aside from the many meals and mosquitoes, this is a resort where you can spend a quiet time. There are not many Vietnamese people in the image that there are always many Westerners.

Sehr gutes Resort um die Seele baumeln zu lassen, gepflegt, ruhig gelegen und äußerst freundliches Personal. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und auch das Abendessen zu empfehlen. Zimmer sehr sauber mit privater Outdoor „Badewanne“. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist der viele Müll im Meer, auch wenn das Hotel sehr bemüht ist und den Strand regelmäßig säubert.

L’établissement est plaisant et assez confidentiel (il propose 4 types de logement). Il est situé sur une plage privée. Les espaces verts sont particulièrement bien entretenus. Des activités nautiques sont proposées gratuitement. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très convenable. Le personnel du SPA est remarquable. MAIS certains arguments de vente sont fallacieux… Par exemple, les chambres placés en deuxième ligne sont vendues comme « sea view ». Elles ont effectivement une « petite » vue sur la mer « entre les bâtiments implantés au plus près de la plage et quand on se place dans un endroit clé de la chambre ou sur la terrasse. Il est à noter que les baies vitrées sont difficilement manoeuvrables. Globalement, c’est un établissement qui mérite 4 étoiles MAIS il est desservi par une importante pollution. Courants et marées amènent continuellement sur la plage des déchets en plastic. Malgré les efforts incessants du personnel pour les ramasser … ils dissuadent les baigneurs de se plonger dans une eau de mer à la température très agréable et, in fine, bon nombre de clients de l’hôtel préfèrent rester au niveau de la piscine à débordement. Au cours de notre séjour de plusieurs jours, nous n’avons jamais rencontré un responsable de l’établissement venant s’enquérir de notre ressenti. C’est peut être par souci de discrétion vis à vis des clients mais, en l’occurence … cela nous est apparu trop discret.

We were very pleased with everything from the moment we entered the hotel until we left. We didn't even want to leave :) The staff is always smiling, friendly and very helpful. The room is very clean and comfortable. The restaurant is very delicious for breakfast lunch and dinner. Wait for us Chen Sea, we will definitely come back. Many thanks to the entire Chen Sea team for this relaxing and wonderful holiday.

Thank you to the hotel for our wonderful stay. Very good breakfast and restaurant in general. Also wonderful staff who really care about the guests and help with everything. It was very pleasant to receive a fruit basket every day, as well as chocolate with Vietnamese fairy tales left on the bed every evening.

Wunderschönes Resort direkt am Strand mit tollem Service, sehr aufmerksam! Kostenloses Wasser, frische Früchte jeden Tag. Sehr gutes Spa. Manager sehr präsent und kümmert sich gut um die Belange der Kunden, gut geführt. Schöne sundowner bar.
