Generally speaking, it's good. The location is very close to transportation and the main street, so it's worth a try.
The room is cleaned every day and the floor is clean. It is a relaxing vacation and you can clean up the water.
Normal wild, the price is not expensive,

I really enjoyed our stay here. The pool is right beside the beach and there’s a lot of sun chairs with umbrellas/palm trees for shade. There’s a beach bar and we spent so much time just lounging down here. The breakfast was really good, not too much but lots of variety. Housekeeping and reception were great. Above the hotel on the main drag is a lot of local restaurants and shops that we ate at. We rented motorcycles for 150,000/day and cruised the island. I was impressed how the reception treated us with more trust than other places I’ve stayed at. Only downside, which isn’t the hotel’s fault, is the ocean water isn’t super clean. Very murky and has some algae that sting, but that’s everywhere in Phu Quoc I think. Sunsets were great 😊

Great location.
The best part is the pool to beach access. It’s easy and looks beautiful. You know/feel you are on holiday here. And it’s well priced.
