1.定的是海景三卧別墅，景色很不錯，院裏的游泳池也沒有大家説的很多落葉，每天早上都有人員打掃，讓我們使用起來很放心。離珍珍珠樂園很近，有定點的班車過去，酒店也有tutu車可以帶你過去，很方便。
2.服務有待改善，我們有長者並且第一天是紅眼航班，到得比較早，其實當天的房間是已經分配好的，跟他們溝通希望房間打掃好就通知我們入住，他們也同意了，於是就在大廳等待，但是遲遲沒有人通知我們，最後還是去問了，才告知房間已經可以入住。房間的浴袍第一天使用後就再也沒有在出現過。
3.送的每人1小時SPA就是兩個池子的泡澡，很失望。

호텔이 넓고 편했어요. 조식도 맛있고 직원들이 친절했어요. 영어도 잘 통했어요~해변과 수영장이 아름다웠어요. 빈원더스가 가깝고 버기로 태워주셔서 편하게 갔다왔습니다.

친절하고 호텔 서비스는 정말 만족했어요.
식사도 다양하고 청결하고 맛있었어요.
독채 풀빌라로 방도 화장실도 만족스러웠어요.
그런데!!
풀빌라 물을 옆 객실에서 끌어다가 채우고, 물위에 삐쩍마른개구리 ㅜㅜㅜ 수질상태가 완전 별로였어요.
처음에는 몰랐는데.. 비치볼이 옆 객실로 넘어가서 가지러 갔는데...... 그 사실을 알았답니다.....
그리고 포장음식 먹고 비닐로 묶어 싱크대에 두었는데 개미가 엄청 많았습니다^^ㅎㅎ
치워달라고 요청드렸더니 치워주셨어요. 룸서비스 이용했는데. 생각보다 비쌌고, 양이 적었어요!
그래도 공항셔틀운행, 빈원더스, 사파리, 그랜드월드 가깝고, 빈버스 이용하기에도 편리하고 좋았습니다~~!!

The staff are very rude. We stayed here for four nights and we had a very bad experience. The staff here is not at all co-operative. Overall very bad experience with vinpearl.

衞生真的做的不好，衞生間下水有很大問題，反饋多次也沒有解決，每日房間清掃也做的不好，給家人留下了不好的體驗，不會再住了
