1. We booked a three-bedroom sea view villa, which has a nice view. The swimming pool in the yard doesn't have as many fallen leaves as everyone says. There are staff cleaning it every morning, which makes us feel at ease. It is very close to Pearl Paradise, and there is a scheduled shuttle bus to go there. The hotel also has a tutu car to take you there, which is very convenient.
2. The service needs to be improved. We have elderly people and the first day is a red-eye flight. We arrived early. In fact, the room for that day has been allocated. We communicated with them and hoped to notify us to check in after the room was cleaned. They agreed, so we waited in the lobby, but no one notified us. Finally, we went to ask and were told that the room was ready for check-in. The bathrobe in the room never appeared again after the first day of use.
3. The 1-hour SPA for each person is a bath in two pools, which is very disappointing.

It was great for a family of 3 with my parents to stay in 4 rooms for 5 nights and 6 days. I think the Vinpearl series had a decent breakfast, so it wasn't bad for adults.

The hotel was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. We spoke English well. The beach and swimming pool were beautiful. Vin Wonders is close by and they gave me a buggy so I went there comfortably.

The pool villa was filled with water drawn from the room next door, and there was a skinny frog on the water. The water quality was really bad.
I didn't know at first, but the beach ball fell into the next room and I went to get it... and then I realized it...
And I ate the packaged food, tied it in plastic and left it in the sink, but there were a lot of ants^^ haha.
I asked them to clean it up, and they did. I used room service. It was more expensive than I thought and the quantity was small!
Still, it was close to the airport shuttle, Vin Wonders, Safari, and Grand World, and it was convenient and nice to use the Vin Bus~~!!

The staff are very rude. We stayed here for four nights and we had a very bad experience. The staff here is not at all co-operative. Overall very bad experience with vinpearl.

The sanitation is really bad. There is a big problem with the water in the bathroom. It has not been solved after many feedbacks. The daily room cleaning is also not done well. It has left a bad experience for my family. I will not stay here again.

It's nice to have a private pool, and if you turn on the air conditioner, the whole place gets cool right away.
The carpet, sofa, and dining chair fabric were old and stained and a bit dirty, but I couldn't replace them, so I just used them.
It's nice that each room has its own bathroom and the bathroom is luxurious too.
Please note that there is only an electric pot in the accommodation, so you cannot use kitchen utensils such as pots and frying pans.
It's easy to get around, just call a tuk-tuk, and most of all, it's great because you can see pretty villas while taking a tuk-tuk.
Staff service is good! Breakfast is just average, but since there are no restaurants open early in the morning, I recommend using breakfast.
It's because I came here to have fun, but I was satisfied because the hotel was so big and nice. I think I'll visit again on my next trip to Phu Quoc. I had a good time :)
