Good family times, good service thanks you

Kongo resort is a little out of the main town but restaurants not far to walk to. This resort is clean and stunning grounds. The pool was perfect large gray sun beds in and out of the pool. Towels are ready for you to use for the pool or the beach there is a golf buggy that is there to take you to the beach. The breakfast is delicious so much to choose from. The restaurant food is great and reasonable prices. I definitely will return to this hotel.

This is a great place for a relaxing holiday. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and cared for. I had to leave the resort for my flight at 3:00 am and they helped me sort out the transportation, and they even packed me a sandwich! I would go back in a heartbeat!

Five++ star service! The hotel was a good getaway for a beach resort.. The staff went absolutely out of their way to help me with every thing I needed. The rooms were equipped with everything, it was clean. I must commend the staff one more time on their professionalism and friendliness.. I bumped into some of them at a restaurant down the road and we dined, they were playing games and were so welcoming... I would definitely come back here... They sorted out my covid test, took me to the airport, arranged my trips.... Thank you all, it was a pleasure.....

This is my fifth time on Phu Quoc Island and I've been to a lot of different hotels. This time I was looking for a place to stay in a quiet location where I could relax. The rooms are Vietnamese style, simple and comfortable. The man at the front desk and the restaurant staff are all very polite. The price is quite cheap for Japanese people, but it's not a problem at all. If you're looking for a good value room, this is the place.

Not a bad hotel for a reasonable price, the breakfast is hearty, the pool is clean, the refrigerator is freezing, the air conditioning is cold, Wi-Fi is stable.

It was a small facility with good facilities for relaxation, and the staff was very friendly. Because the location is a bit remote, Grab is sometimes not available, but you can request a taxi from the hotel. Have to pay a little bit It was very nice to be able to stay comfortably and happily during my stay. Breakfast does not have a lot of variety, but it is reasonable and satisfactory.

so much I was able to relax really comfortably, the staff had a nice environment with good communication, 100% satisfaction, thank you.
