The valley it’s a adorable place in nature, a bit distant from the center but a little paradise bible. You can rent a motorbike from there and ride around the island. The toilet is half outdoor and I admite that that was a bit uncomfortable for us bus other than that the staff is super nice and great hosts , great food and swimming pool and beautiful place

Hotel has a rather tranquil environment, and close to nature, perhaps a little too close to nature with huge geckos and bugs looking at you taking a shower.
We booked the villa with private pool, the pool is not that private, neither is it feasible to use unless you plan to just spend the whole day within the hotel compound. The shared pool is probably good enough.
Next, the villa is located deep inside the small roads which can get very dark at night. It's probably not of walkable distance.
Lastly, the staffs are nice and helpful. We reached late at night and they were accommodating and helped us to settle in.

We stayed a Valley Village for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay! Our host, Quynh, was so lovely and friendly. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and ensured our stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the outdoor shower. The property is surrounded by greenery, and it is super relaxing listening to all the sounds of nature. The accommodation is located about 1km from the main road and restaurants. You can hire a scooter to explore the island. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options available.

Valley Village is set back from the main road and is quiet and peaceful. We stayed in a Private plunge pool villa which was comfortable and clean. We took advantage of the Yoga and meditation sessions as we had not done this before. We hired a scooter for the week which is necessary for getting around the Island. The breakfasts were good and cooked to order. The standout part of Valley Village is Quynh who cannot do enough for you, definitely the best host we have ever had. Quynh would take us in to the town at night in the golf buggy, her gorgeous dogs Den & Ven also enjoy the journey and collect us again when we had finished. Quynh also helped with organising a snorkelling tour and with the hire of the scooter. If you wish to have somewhere relaxing and quiet then choose Valley Village.

The resort is nestled on the hill in a wooded area. There is a very peaceful atmosphere. During the day you can hear the birds and animals in the forest. At night, the frogs dominate the acoustic events. The bungalows are rather simple, but clean. They offer sufficient privacy and have an open bathroom and a day bed on the terrace, which invites you to linger. From 5pm you get company from mosquitoes. Anti-mosquito spray is provided by the hotel. The pool area is also very nice and has plenty of sunbeds. Unfortunately the bar by the pool was not open. Breakfast is a la carte and very tasty. An absolute plus is the lively and always cheerful manager, Mrs. Quin. She tries everything to make your stay more enjoyable. We enjoyed our stay very much and can absolutely recommend the resort.

Całkowicie potwierdzamy pozytywne opinie poniżej . Dziękujemy za udany pobyt i wspaniałą atmosferę Quin , Linh , całej załodze hotelu i ...Duy :) Czuliśmy się jak u siebie , wśród przyjaciół . Hotel jest oddalony od główniej ulicy, ale jest elektryczny wózek golfowy . Znacznie lepiej mieszkać na skraju dżungli w otoczeniu sadów owocowych , niż w betonowym budynku na plaży . Jeżeli szukasz miejsca na pobyt i zwiedzanie wyspy to Quin i Linh bardzo pomogą . Dziękujemy i do zobaczenia ...:)

Wir haben die letzten zwei Nächte auf Phu Quoc in dem wunderschönen und ruhigen Valley Village verbracht. Die Bungalows bieten eine perfekte Ruheoase und genügend Privatsphäre um zu Entspannen. Das Village liegt am Ende einer Straße mitten im Dschungel und bietet so die Abwechslung vom Umherreisen in Vietnam, welche wir gesucht haben. Am Morgen hat man die Möglichkeit die Yoga-Area zu nutzen und sich danach in seiner eigenen Outdoordusche abzukühlen um dann energiegeladen in den Tag zu starten. Es gibt einen Pool, eine Poolbar und genügend Sonnenliegen zum Entspannen während des Tages. Wenn man zu den etlichen Restaurants auf die Hauptstraße möchte, dann ist das Personal so freundlich und fährt einen mit dem Elektro-Golfcar dorthin. Wir haben außerdem das Floating Breakfast in Anspruch genommen und können dies jedem nur empfehlen. Allgemein kann man sagen, dass wir im Valley Village Phu Quoc das beste Frühstück in ganz Vietnam bekommen haben. Wir kommen gern wieder.

That’s the most amazing services I’ve ever been experienced. I have been working in hospitality for more than 10 years and it’s hard to please me as a customer. There’s receptionist named Quynh. She took care of us as family member. When I asked for a chewing gum which not be served at the hotel, she was out immediately and bought me one as a gift. Those small little things was a lot throughout our stay. And that touched me. Thank you, Quynh and I will be back.

Even though it takes you around 5 mins by bike to the beach, the The Valley is right in the middle of the natural forest which it brings peace to you. We love the friendly staff and their simple life style here.
