DO NOT STAY HERE. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A CHOICE, DO NOT PAY BEFORE CHECKING THE ROOM. We paid on arrival and when we were shown the room we were shocked to find it so dirty. We asked for another room and they said they didn't have any. When we asked for a refund they showed us another room, which was also quite dirty and had no toilet door. The rest of the property was in full construction state. We ended up booking another hotel. Really sad first day experience. Never got our money back and they changed their hotel name. I've since checked twice and they've twice changed their hotel name and in their review responses, claim not to recognise guests/their bookings (major gaslighting). Really dodgy business. Today 26.04.24, they're called Demacia Hotel.

Haben über Booking gebucht - kann dort leider keine Bewertung abgeben, weil die Unterkunft Booking storniert hat, obwohl wir dort waren! Beim Einchecken erster Satz: you are not in my hotel... nach Vorlage der Buchungsbestätigung wurden wir im System gefunden - erste Aufnahme der Daten. Gepäckaufbewahrung zunächst abgelehnt, obwohl vorher schriftlich zugesichert. Kein gutes Gefühl - zumal wir später erneut Pässe vorlegen mussten... Chaotischer Eindruck. Zudem 500.000 VDong Kaution - und Liste der Strafen, zB. bei Essensgeruch im Zimmeruvm. Das erste von 7 Hotels in Vietnam, in dem wir uns nicht willkommen fühlten! Zimmer schön - trotz kleinerer Mängel. Frühstück okay - wobei um 8 Uhr die frische Milch bereits aus war und vieles nicht nachgefüllt wurde - dennoch extrem freundliches Team! Könnte ein Tophotel sein - sehr geschmackvoll renoviert, wären da nicht schmutzige Hausschuhe, Teppich, Bettumrandung eklig. Kein 4 Sterne Haus! Leider...

Scam!! Scam!!! Horrible exprience!! The hotel does not look like the pictures! It’s in fully renovation! Don’t book this hotel! There are no managers, and they cancel your booking after you’ve paid and checked in. They say that you didn’t checked in so you cant write a review !! Don’t go to this hotel!

The hotel is clean, bed confortable, the room Is small but with little balcony. Very noisy area but near touristic point of interest . Staff nice and kind but not very professional. The hotel is too expensive for the quality of service
