The hotel is good, new. The beach is a 7-minute walk.
Bed - 10 out of 10, just space!
The shower is large.
The staff is very polite and leaves a pleasant impression after your stay at the hotel.
There is a cafe downstairs where you can order drinks. Just to avoid small misunderstandings, check the barista’s working hours.

Khem Beach is beautiful and really 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. But. „The room with the view“ means no view. There’s a wall view, and a toilet view. It smells smoke, although a non-smoking room, and the curtains are moldy. One night option and never again!

The reception was very good at speaking English. The rice noodles for breakfast were also very good. The room looked clean, but there were small ants that bothered me. I applied for the window not knowing that it was a painting, but was horrified to find out that it was a fake window. I made a reservation for 2 nights because it was so stuffy without a window, but I requested to cancel 1 night, and the hotel was happy to cancel. Thank you. It was also my fault for not looking closely at the photo, believing only Trip.com's explanation that the window was included, but if there had been an explanation that it was not a real window, I wouldn't have made this mistake. I really appreciate the service that takes responsibility for the refund until the end by calling the trip.com office.
The bed in the room was very large and comfortable, and other facilities were not bad. However, the sound of the boiler running was noisy all night, and the sound of the machine was heard regularly.
