Terrible service and boss
I actually want to put zero points
Not even 1/5
Floor is dirty, we walk n our feet are black
Aircon open 2 hours still not cold
When approach the boss to check, he still keep say it’s cold and walk out and bang the door
Water heater not hot too
In the end, we just walk out and check out and book another apar**ent
No refund also ok
To me it’s a black apar**ent that cheat customers money
I really want report to police but not sure where
Is ok. I hope people don’t book there anymore

Great location, a little neglected. We had to wait until 11:30 am to be able to check out.
And that caught us losing a few hours of the day. Bad smell of moisture

The location is just a one-minute walk from Patong Beach and the famous bar street. It is a homestay with a Thai restaurant on the first floor. The environment is OK, the price-performance ratio is good, and it is in line with the price. The best thing is that the location is convenient to go everywhere. The boss is a Northeastern Chinese who is warm and hospitable and will respond to any requests. We are 4 girls and feel very safe here. It is also very quiet to rest at night without any music.
