Another big plus is the location: it’s within walking distance to the famous night market, and there’s a 7-Eleven about 10 minutes away, which was very convenient. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay that we would happily recommend."

Even in the middle of the night, if you order takeout, the staff will deliver it right to your door. The service attitude is excellent, with smiles all around. Just a heads up, make sure you remember how to get back to your room, or you'll end up getting lost like we did, haha!"

I even left my wallet behind, and they were kind enough to offer to send it via EMS. Absolutely wonderful! In summary, it completely lived up to expectations and was exactly what I wanted. The price was fantastic too. Five stars from me!"

"Stayed at Sawasdee with my partner for 9 days, and I can honestly say it was nothing short of fantastic. The staff really looked after us, and the facilities, room, and food were all excellent. The only minor comment I have is that the gym facilities could use a bit of an update. Other than that, I would definitely return to this hotel the next time I'm in Phuket. A special shout-out to KJ for being so attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for making our experience even more enjoyable!"

"I would highly recommend Best Western Patong Beach. I requested a birthday room decoration and the hotel team was very helpful in arranging it for me. Really appreciate their effort and service. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The lady handling the package tours at the lobby area was also very kind and helpful. Even the security guard outside the gate greeted us warmly every day. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Patong."
