Guest UserThe room was unexpectedly large, the bathroom was super big and there was a bathtub. I stayed in a few hotels and this bed was the most comfortable. I especially liked the quilt so soft and dry. The street view room is still a bit noisy facing the road, but I think it is bright, the opposite is 711, and there is a restaurant Baan bang 100 meters on the left. It is more suitable to go to dinner, because there is almost no air conditioning. Go to the beach 600 meters, but there is no place to wash your feet. This time I saw the store brother. The arranged durian service is in place for a durian every day. I have to let the store go to the grandmother's house to buy it. If you are lucky, the price and weight are amazing. Of course, you will give the staff a certain tip.

Anonymous UserHaving stayed at many Centara hotels, a local hotel group, I can confidently give this one a five-star rating! This villa is their newest property, featuring a modern, circular design. The ground floor consists of pool villas, though the pools aren't huge. The resort also has a regular hotel in a high-rise building, and another tropical rainforest-style resort (which isn't listed on Ctrip). All three hotels share facilities, including five fantastic swimming pools! I didn't have time to experience the spa. The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and even had Eggs Benedict! Villa guests enjoy complimentary afternoon tea and cocktails. The gym offers great views, and there's a Starbucks right next door. Upon check-in, I downloaded their app, which I used to order water and other items directly. The resort has many other facilities and daily activities that I didn't get a chance to experience. This resort is a destination in itself; you could easily spend your entire trip just relaxing here. The beach is less than a ten-minute walk away, but the waves are quite big, so it's more for surfing than swimming. Unlike domestic hotels, the white cloth slippers provided by this hotel group are not disposable. They are cleaned, disinfected, and reused ♻️. The bellhops at the entrance were very proactive in helping with luggage, arranging a taxi, and even taking a photo with me. I tipped them a little for their excellent service.

AlekastdI had a wonderful time at this hostel, it's right in front of Karon Beach, so I highly recommend it. The lady offers cookies and coffee for guests, and the place is very clean and tidy. Honestly, if I come back, I'd definitely stay here again. It's close to some good places to eat and just a 5-minute walk from the bus stop for the airport. I highly recommend it! I loved staying here, plus there were only two of us girls in a 6-person room, which made it even more comfortable.

The room was spacious and relatively clean, pretty good overall. However, it was a bit far from the beach, and the street noise was quite loud. The Wi-Fi on the 3rd floor was very weak and practically unusable. The owner's English seemed basic, so there wasn't much communication.

Guest UserHighly recommended to stay with this hotel. I absolutely have to give a huge shoutout to Sindee at the front desk! When we arrived Sindee come over to approach us with our check in and told us that we have upgraded to Deluxe Room, pool view, 1 King Bed, Balcony to sea view. She even gave us a detailed tour of the entire hotel, including our room. We also received Thai Tea and the banana candy as a welcoming stay. Me and my daughter were traveling together and we both adored her; she was so gentle and enthusiastic! When I am trying to book ATV via Klook which I have difficulty to figure out the meeting point she is so helpful to help me contact and speak in Thai with the driver and check for me the correct place for the driver to reach the ATV meeting point. Appreciate her thoughtfulness and helpfulness.
I could feel excellent service mind from every one of them working in the Avista Grande.
Surprise birthday celebration with some decorations and cake for my daughter and the cake is nice both me and my daughter love it. On my gal actual birthday another decoration and birthday cake surprise us again. So thoughtful of them.
All the rooms are clean and spacious. They provide a lovely beach bag while I have no ideal what kind of bag to bring to the beach and island tour. This lovely beach bag allow me to carry it to beach and island tour really make my day. They provide flip-flops as well.
The pool is great for swimming and it is near Karon Beach. The beach is just across the road.

This hotel doesn't offer Chinese-speaking staff, but they have their own app with built-in translation, which is quite convenient for communication.
The hotel is situated on a steep hill, but they provide a buggy service to take you anywhere within the property, which is handy. They also offer a daily shuttle bus to Karon and Patong, adding to the convenience.
The staff are all very enthusiastic, helping with luggage, holding umbrellas, opening car doors, and always providing service with a smile. Any request is met with immediate service.
However, the hygiene aspect was a letdown. Firstly, due to being by the sea, the shower water had a rusty smell and was very yellow. Secondly, the cleaning lady for the first few days was excellent; she changed our bed linen even when we hadn't specifically requested it. But on the last day, a different lady cleaned our room, and it was truly speechless. She told us she was done, and I was puzzled by how quickly she finished. When I pulled back the duvet, I saw perfect square folds on the sheet, until I noticed my yellow ointment (allergy cream) on it. I immediately stopped her and asked her to change it. She told me to wait ten minutes, then came back with only a new duvet cover. I asked about the sheets and pillowcases, and she told me to wait another five minutes. Finally, they were changed. It just felt unnecessary to make perfectly folded square creases if she wasn't going to change the bedding, making me think it had been changed! I strongly suspect this is a common shortcut. The hygiene is concerning; I advise everyone to carefully lift the bedding and check it when you check in, don't just go by the folds, as the folds are fake…

I stayed at MoonE for 5 days alone and felt completely safe! The hotel has a 24-hour front desk with someone always present, and the soundproofing in the room is excellent. Coming back at night and seeing the fresh mineral water bottles replaced daily on the bedside table always warmed my heart. Karon Beach is much quieter than Patong. During the day, I'd walk barefoot with my headphones on; the sand was so fine I wanted to roll in it. My sunset photos taken from a beach chair got so many likes and comments on my social media! It's a 10-minute walk to Nomad bar, where I'd order a cocktail and watch the fire show from the counter. The staff even offered to take pictures for me! The AC temperature was just right, and the cleaning staff would leave a note daily asking if I needed an extra pillow. Even traveling solo, I felt so well taken care of!
