What a hidden gem of a guesthouse!
The location is absolutely top-notch. Right across the street, you'll find a fruit stand, restaurants, and a 7-Eleven, and there's a scooter rental shop right next door.
It's just a 3-minute walk to the beach, making it super convenient for getting around and finding food and drinks.
The guesthouse, both inside and out, is always clean, fresh, and smells wonderful. The room amenities are complete, and they even provide disposable toiletries.
The front desk staff are local Thais. For communication, you can directly message the owner on WeChat, and they'll help relay and resolve any issues. The owner is also very helpful with questions not related to our stay, which we really appreciate.
Umbrellas and beach mats are available for free loan – what a thoughtful touch! The room card isn't one of those that cuts power when removed, so the fridge stays cold, which is fantastic! The room also comes with a safe.
The only downside is that being on a street, you might hear motorbikes revving. They do provide earplugs, but we slept soundly and didn't even need them.
There were also towel elephants that the kids loved. Even after coming to Chiang Mai, they're still talking about the guesthouse in Phuket! The Thai lady at the front desk was also great with the kids; she'd proactively chat with them and was very gentle.
I wish the owner great success and prosperity. Thank you for taking care of us for these four days!

Anonymous UserHaving stayed at many Centara hotels, a local hotel group, I can confidently give this one a five-star rating! This villa is their newest property, featuring a modern, circular design. The ground floor consists of pool villas, though the pools aren't huge. The resort also has a regular hotel in a high-rise building, and another tropical rainforest-style resort (which isn't listed on Ctrip). All three hotels share facilities, including five fantastic swimming pools! I didn't have time to experience the spa. The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and even had Eggs Benedict! Villa guests enjoy complimentary afternoon tea and cocktails. The gym offers great views, and there's a Starbucks right next door. Upon check-in, I downloaded their app, which I used to order water and other items directly. The resort has many other facilities and daily activities that I didn't get a chance to experience. This resort is a destination in itself; you could easily spend your entire trip just relaxing here. The beach is less than a ten-minute walk away, but the waves are quite big, so it's more for surfing than swimming. Unlike domestic hotels, the white cloth slippers provided by this hotel group are not disposable. They are cleaned, disinfected, and reused ♻️. The bellhops at the entrance were very proactive in helping with luggage, arranging a taxi, and even taking a photo with me. I tipped them a little for their excellent service.

Guest UserThe location is superb, Karon Beach is literally just across the street. The hostel itself is very good. The cleanliness in the bathroom isn't perfect, but for the price, it's understandable and acceptable. The staff are very kind and friendly, always ready to help if needed. There's also a common area where everyone usually gathers and socializes in the evenings. It's great for meeting new people, not just for sleeping. It's also cool that if you're alone, you can find company to go out with. The hostel is right by the road, so it won't be perfectly quiet, but I've seen louder hostels, so it's not a big deal. Another cool perk is the free snacks, tea, and coffee.
Overall, I recommend it for

Guest UserI stayed here again after more than a year, and this time the family room on the 4th floor had a great view! Absolutely perfect! That's a big plus.
The hotel is undoubtedly beautiful, and the check-in service was good. There were staff who spoke a little Chinese, though the official service language is mostly English.
However, I did have a slightly different experience this time. I tried both early and late breakfast shifts. After the staff seated us, they rarely reappeared. If we wanted tea, we had to call someone over. Typically, at a hotel of this star rating, they usually ask about tea as soon as you sit down, don't they? Did their SOP change, or am I just expecting too much?
Also, the bedsheet in the room already had a hole in it, which was a bit awkward. It didn't affect my sleep, so I didn't report it or take a picture.
I found the food excellent. The ingredients and the taste of the dishes were very much to our liking. The only thing is that the two-course dinner per person was a bit too much; my small appetite couldn't finish it all, and it felt wasteful.
This year, it's either starting with two meals or nothing at all, which is quite inconvenient. I prefer having breakfast included and then ordering dinner à la carte.
Nevertheless, the price this year was very reasonable. I double-checked everything before departure and resolved some issues happily with Trip.com. That was pretty good!

Guest UserThe hotel is good value for money, the towels, 2 bottles of water and new sheets are provided daily. The bathroom soap, shampoo are also provided, but they can forget to put the new ones, but you can ask for them. The location is good, but it is 10 mins walk to the beach (Karon) by a busy street full of traffic, but there are a lot of restaurants and pharmacies as well. The balcony has a good view.

Traveling solo to Phuket, this was my first hotel and it was a great choice! The price was affordable, and the environment was excellent. It's very close to Karon Beach, just a short walk through a pedestrian street with plenty of food and drinks, shops for swimming gear, and convenience stores. It's also near a bus stop, making it super convenient to get to other beaches, including Chalong Pier and Phuket Town. Perfect for anyone looking for good value for money. Right across the street is a 7-Eleven with everything you could need. A short stroll will take you to Karon Beach to watch the sunset – the most beautiful scenery is right here! You can also walk to the food street to experience the local culture of Phuket. The hotel environment is also very good, and there's a balcony with a lovely view.

I chose this hotel cos it's the most affordable in Karon and it's very convenient to go anywhere.
It's the first time staying there.
The room is spacious, however it's quite an old hotel.
As it's an old hotel, of cos there's stains on pillow cases.
Water pressure is not good.
Location wise, it's just across the beach, and it's nearby eateries and 7-11s.
The hotel has got a small pool and an unusable gym.
