An incredible return visit — Cape Sienna never disappoints This was our second stay at Cape Sienna, and it was every bit as wonderful as the first — maybe even better. We stayed for 9 nights and were sad to leave. What struck us right away was that the staff remembered we were returning guests. That kind of attention to detail says a lot about how this hotel treats its guests, and it made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. The views here are simply amazing — the kind you find yourself stopping to take in every single day, whether from the room, the pool, or the restaurant. Cape Sienna’s hillside position gives it a real edge, and it never gets old. The location is another huge plus. You’re close to everything you’d want — restaurants, beaches, and activities are all within easy reach, so you get the best of both a peaceful retreat and easy access to explore. And then there’s the staff. Every single person we interacted with was warm, happy, and genuinely helpful — the kind of service that makes a good hotel into a great one. It’s clear the team here takes real pride in what they do. We’re already looking forward to a third visit. If you’re considering Cape Sienna, don’t hesitate — book it

The hotel is well situated fronting the beach across the street, beside/& within walking distance of restaurants/bars and the Thai essential- 7-eleven. Laundromats are within walking distance too if you're so inclined to do laundry on vacation. The hotel is bit dated and needs some renovations to modernise but the property overall is acceptable and the pools were clean. The design of the pool areas were nice to have possibility of swimming in the shade. The kids zone is useful and the gym is acceptable although i didn't use the motorized equipment. The hotel is close to carnival magic and fantasea. The beach isn't great for swimming nor relaxing (choppy waters with churned up sand plus busy). The staff were overall friendly and helpful.

The pool and sea view suite offers an absolutely stunning view. Beautiful sea views are everywhere in the hotel, and the Reef Cliff Cafe is incredibly picturesque. The room was very clean. Although the hotel is a bit old, its main selling point is the unbeatable sea view. On the day we visited, there was a singer and a fire show. Breakfast was just okay. The location is a bit remote, with no restaurants nearby, so you'll need to take a taxi. There's also no beach.

My favorite hotel! This is my second time staying here and I wouldn't change it. The price is reasonable, the room is clean, and the service is excellent. The reception staff are very respectful and cooperative. The only downside is that the breakfast isn't very varied, but everything else is excellent. I will definitely be visiting again and again.

If youre looking for a sleek, ultra modern 5 star resort, this may not be for you. But if you want authentic Thai hospitality, traditional Thai-inspired architecture, lush tropical surroundings, and a peaceful beachfront escape, this resort is absolutely worth it. I stayed here as a solo traveler and had one of the most relaxing stays Ive experienced. Its also perfect for couples, honeymooners, and families. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view hillside cottage even though I booked one of the more affordable room categories. The private beach was the main reason I chose this resort and it was exactly what I was looking for, quiet, uncrowded, and perfect for relaxing. I also loved the petting zoo, the beautiful pool, and the delicious food. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Chuty and Ms. Kat at the front desk for making our stay even more memorable. They assisted us during checkout, kindly reminded us about a few belongings we had accidentally left in the room without ever making us feel rushed, and even allowed us to extend our stay until 12:30 PM, which we truly appreciated. Since our flight was later in the afternoon, they also arranged lounge access so we could comfortably wait in an airconditioned area until it was time to leave. Their kindness and thoughtfulness really reflected the genuine hospitality of the resort. I also appreciated the complimentary refreshments in the lobby, the beach bag provided for guests, the convenient buggy service, and the fact that ordering GrabFood was easy. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TVs to Smart TVs. Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations. This resort may not be the newest, but it’s clean, wellmaintained, peaceful, and full of character. If you appreciate nature, privacy, and heartfelt service over ultra modern luxury, you’ll absolutely love staying here. An unexpectedly amazing stay! The value for money is excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and staff across all departments were warm and attentive. I really appreciate the hotel for decorating my room and providing a little surprise after learning it was my birthday. The hotel has its own app. After checking in, you can scan a QR code to link your room and then book services or ask questions, so there's no need to worry about language barriers. There's a scheduled shuttle service from the hotel to Kamala Beach, and golf carts are available for transfers between buildings within the hotel premises. The hotel breakfast was also quite good – delicious and plentiful. Small tips: The hotel is built on a steep slope. There are relatively few shops nearby, and it's a bit of a distance to Kamala Beach and supermarkets like 7-Eleven, Tops, or Big-C. Walking there is quite tiring. When the hotel shuttle isn't running, a Grab ride costs about 30-50 Thai Baht.

The hotel is very good! The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is always available. Furthermore there is a swimming pool on the roof; quality level price nothing to replay!

we are currently backpacking and we stayed here at the marin for one week after one week we went over to Koh samui and just had to come back we stayed a total of 18 days and it was the most relaxing enjoyable stay the rooftop pool and staff are amazing the drinks are fantastic the rooms are big spacious and clean with everything you need the staff are supportive and attentive the hotel is beautiful and the coffee and mango fruit shakes are amazing the lady downstairs at the cafe was absolutely lovely always asking about our day and what we were doing and on the last day they all made sure they said goodbye to us this hotel will be missed it’s the best hotel we have stayed in and the price is amazing we will definitely be back in the future it felt like home away from home the balconies are spacious and you have a drying rack for your clothes, a smart tv and coffee tea kettle cutlery plates bowls cups everything in the room the food is amazing and not overpriced at all there’s a dj on the rooftop with really good music the doors to the room use a key card and have a deadbolt and a lock which is great you can order room service we had no issues with our stay at all we loved it

One of the best hotels on Kamala Beach. Beautiful views, private beach, amazing cleanliness, and waking up to the sound of the waves is simply a pleasure!!! A must-visit for travelers!!!! Absolutely delightful!
