We had a great stay at Princess Kamala Beachfront Hotel. The location is excellent—right next to a 7-Eleven, with plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. It’s also a great base for exploring Phuket, with Surin Beach, Patong, Kata and Kathu all just a short drive away. The hotel itself is a little dated in places, but everything was kept clean and well maintained throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, which really made a difference. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. There was plenty of choice each morning, and we always found something we enjoyed. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily return. It’s great value for money and an ideal base for exploring Phuket.

A Perfect Family Vacation at Catnip Seaside Hotel & Cafe! We were truly delighted with our stay at Catnip Seaside Hotel & Cafe with our family. Every corner of the hotel was spotless, and we were very impressed by the care they took in terms of cleanliness. The location is fantastic; its proximity to the sea and peaceful atmosphere provided exactly the vacation setting we were looking for. Thanks to the friendly and attentive staff, we felt right at home. The service quality truly deserves 5 stars. If youre looking for a sleek, ultra modern 5 star resort, this may not be for you. But if you want authentic Thai hospitality, traditional Thai-inspired architecture, lush tropical surroundings, and a peaceful beachfront escape, this resort is absolutely worth it. I stayed here as a solo traveler and had one of the most relaxing stays Ive experienced. Its also perfect for couples, honeymooners, and families. I was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view hillside cottage even though I booked one of the more affordable room categories. The private beach was the main reason I chose this resort and it was exactly what I was looking for, quiet, uncrowded, and perfect for relaxing. I also loved the petting zoo, the beautiful pool, and the delicious food. Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. Special thanks to Ms. Chuty and Ms. Kat at the front desk for making our stay even more memorable. They assisted us during checkout, kindly reminded us about a few belongings we had accidentally left in the room without ever making us feel rushed, and even allowed us to extend our stay until 12:30 PM, which we truly appreciated. Since our flight was later in the afternoon, they also arranged lounge access so we could comfortably wait in an airconditioned area until it was time to leave. Their kindness and thoughtfulness really reflected the genuine hospitality of the resort. I also appreciated the complimentary refreshments in the lobby, the beach bag provided for guests, the convenient buggy service, and the fact that ordering GrabFood was easy. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the TVs to Smart TVs. Other than that, everything exceeded my expectations. This resort may not be the newest, but it’s clean, wellmaintained, peaceful, and full of character. If you appreciate nature, privacy, and heartfelt service over ultra modern luxury, you’ll absolutely love staying here. An unexpectedly amazing stay! The value for money is excellent. The room was clean and tidy, and staff across all departments were warm and attentive. I really appreciate the hotel for decorating my room and providing a little surprise after learning it was my birthday. The hotel has its own app. After checking in, you can scan a QR code to link your room and then book services or ask questions, so there's no need to worry about language barriers. There's a scheduled shuttle service from the hotel to Kamala Beach, and golf carts are available for transfers between buildings within the hotel premises. The hotel breakfast was also quite good – delicious and plentiful. Small tips: The hotel is built on a steep slope. There are relatively few shops nearby, and it's a bit of a distance to Kamala Beach and supermarkets like 7-Eleven, Tops, or Big-C. Walking there is quite tiring. When the hotel shuttle isn't running, a Grab ride costs about 30-50 Thai Baht.

Overall, a good experience, but I was assigned room 116. The fountain noise outside the door was quite disruptive to my rest. The sea view from the room's pool was blocked by a palm tree, and the air conditioning blew directly onto the head of the bed, so I had to turn it off at night to sleep.

A beautiful hotel, very convenient location, to the sea on a straight 15 minutes walk, a lot of shops and cafes. In the hotel spacious rooms, very bright and clean, excellent service, on the resepshne all very polite and always go to the meeting, on the last floor a pool with a terrace

The location is 1000/10 The Ocean View room is absolutely worth it. I’d recommend requesting a room on the 3rd floor or above, as the lower floors may have trees partially blocking the view. After booking, I updated my room request in the Trip.com app, but it later disappeared. At check-in, I thought my trip was ruined and even considered finding another hotel. Thankfully K.Nut Front Manager, went above and beyond to help. Although I only received my room at 5 pm, I completely understood the situation and could see that the team did everything they could. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely caring throughout my stay. A special thanks as well to K.Kae, the Guest Experience Manager, who always took the time to check in on me whenever we met. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved my stay here! The room is spacious, beautifully decorated in soothing neutral tones, and feels so cozy. The view from the window is standard yet relaxing with a nice touch of greenery. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable getaway. Highly recommended! 🥰🥰🥰🤎

Of the three hotels I stayed at in Phuket, this one was by far the best. The manager told me the hotel is 15 years old, but you'd never know it – it feels brand new and spotlessly clean, with facilities that are incredibly well-maintained. The rooms are also spacious, breakfast is delicious, and the pool is very clean. Being right on the beach really enhances the vacation vibe. We encountered a few minor issues during our stay, but Mr. Lin helped us resolve all of them. His service throughout was exceptionally warm and enthusiastic, making for a truly wonderful experience.

We booked this resort through the website and based on reviews. It's not a huge resort, but the room design is the most beautiful I've ever seen. It's beachfront, so you can walk straight onto the sand, and the beach itself is stunning and clean. Parking was reasonably convenient. Our room had direct pool access, which was super handy – you could just jump right in! My only minor issue was that the pool was a bit deep. The room was beautiful and spacious, and all the amenities were convenient and complete; there were even various snacks and drinks in the fridge. The staff here were lovely and provided excellent service, offering helpful advice and always ready to assist. What I particularly loved was the delicious and varied breakfast that never repeated. The food from the hotel restaurant was also incredibly tasty. In summary, we loved it so much that we extended our stay by two nights. We will definitely be back again next time.
