The room is fully equipped with amenities and very pleasant. It's a semi-condo style room, quiet, and about a 20-minute walk to the beach. There's a swimming pool with beautiful views for photos. Highly recommended for those who love peace and quiet.
Excellent value for money and a hotel I would happily stay at again.
The key thing with this hotel is to judge it relative to the price you pay. At the discounted rates available on Trip.com, it represents fantastic value. I personally wouldn’t want to pay the full advertised rate, but at the promotional price it’s an excellent choice.
Although it’s listed as a 5-star hotel because of its facilities, don’t expect the level of luxury or opulence you’d find at a Marriott or Pullman. That’s not a criticism—it’s simply a different type of hotel at a very different price point.
The rooms are spacious, modern and very comfortable, with a sofa, sink area and a large fridge-freezer, making them ideal for longer stays. We booked a room with a private balcony jacuzzi, which was absolutely worth the extra cost, especially during the rainy season when you can still enjoy it between showers.
The pool areas are excellent, and towels for both the room and pool are provided in your room, which is a nice touch.
My only real criticism is that no shampoo or shower gel was provided. I found this quite surprising for an international hotel, particularly one marketed as 5-star. Given how inexpensive wall-mounted dispensers are to install and maintain, it seems an unnecessary omission. Most travellers don’t pack shampoo and shower gel when staying at an international hotel because it’s generally something you expect to be provided. It’s a small detail, but one that would noticeably improve the guest experience.
One final point is that this hotel offers excellent value because of its price. If the room rate were to increase and come much closer to established international brands such as Marriott or Pullman, I would personally pay the difference and move up to that next level of luxury. However, during our low-season stay, the price gap was substantial, and I didn’t feel the premium for those hotels was justified. At the price we paid, this hotel was the better choice. In that sense, while it may not deliver the luxury you might associate with a traditional international 5-star hotel, it delivers excellent facilities and outstanding value for money.
Overall, if you keep your expectations in line with what you’re paying rather than comparing it with luxury international brands, this hotel is an excellent choice and offers outstanding value for money. I would definitely stay here again.
This hotel is simply incredible! So stylish and beautiful. We had a room with a small private pool – that was such a cool feature! The breakfasts were also unbelievably delicious, truly giving you a premium vacation feel.
It's located in a quiet area, with the beach literally just across the road. Everything you need is nearby: convenience stores, bus stops, and shops.
A special thanks to the staff for their excellent English, attention to detail, smiles, and the birthday cake. You made our holiday amazing!
We had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet was Halal certified so there was something for everyone.
Very thoughtful menu for the kids too. The resort is very kid-friendly and has a lot of fun activities for them to enjoy.
The staff members were very kind, always happy to help out. Overall the resort is enjoyable to stay at, and the rooms are very clean and well kept. The location is convenient too, less than 5 mins from the beach.
Good small hotel. The room is clean, clean, minimalist design, when I checked in for 4 nights I liked everything in the room. There are all bathroom facilities, tea-coffee facilities, there is even a three-in-one opening, the refrigerator was clean. A large balcony with chairs for two, table, dryer for things and towels. The area is very tidy, constantly cut something, with palm cut old leaves, on the territory of the pools (their 2 small) clean every day. The pools liked. There are almost no people, all the cheeslones are free. No pool bar, no cafe at the hotel. There is a dining room that works only for breakfast, I didn't take them. There are shops around, cafes, but it's not Potong for you! A little more, at 10 p.m. many institutes are already closed. The beach in 5-10 minutes walk, very beautiful, the sea is clean, no shelons, no sellers, no cafe. This is the option when I was tired of the vain, and came here. But the hotel's downsides are still ... Belie was brushed, but everything was clean, I have a fig, but someone is not) Everywhere in the hotel are hanging plates that loud music, parties and tp are forbidden after 22.00... My neighbors behind the wall were fig, there walked to 1.30 night, And all you hear as if in your room is happening, still behind the wall was love ... You will come with children and fuck 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ I didn't understand, I'm alone, but if you go to the resepshne, then after 21.30 you won't find ... There is a number to call, I didn't become, tk the next day already departure ... In general, the boutique-hotel justifies itself, girls that work there, do everything to be beautiful and comfortable, respect!!! Cleaning is also good!, only hang the plate that you need cleaning, otherwise the floors will not wash. In general, the hotel recommends taking into account the shortcomings) 😂
A bit isolated from everything. The room itself is very large with many amenities, an ocean view, and its own small beach. Breakfast is 200 baht. The shower water was cold and came out in a very weak stream. No housekeeping service for two nights. Slippers, shampoo, and noisy toothbrushes were provided. It's about a 20-minute walk to 7/11, and the street isn't lit at night.
Positives:
The location is very convenient, it is kind of in a back alley, but just a 10 minute walk to the beach, and has several restaurants around right outside. It is quiet and good area.
Check-in and check-out was super fast and easy, and i didnt need to pay deposit. Also the service was friendly and convenient.
Negatives: The room itself is not in a great condition. Everything seems very old and worn-down. Almost every surface and furniture was stained and looked really bad. The walls, sofa, floor, and table, all were very dirty and in bad condition. Also the shower drain is kind of clogged. The room itself smelled good, and could really be nice with just some regular maintenance. It really needs a lot of repairs. There are simple things that can be done to make it muuuuch better.
In general, the stay was comfortable, but for this price, there are better options.
The hotel is a bit tired. The rooms are large. Some rooms have a bathtub. You can stay with children. Yes.. don't expect it to be ideal... maybe, like we have with hot water, there will be problems... cockroaches... But overall, I think it should be considered for a vacation. The best beach in Phuket is 10 minutes away....
This is a duplex room with a large bed upstairs (no door) and two twin beds downstairs (with a door). It has its own private pool, and the water is very clean. There are hardly any Chinese guests here, over 90% are Westerners. I stayed for six days and only saw one other Chinese person. Breakfast is entirely Western and Thai style. There are restaurants and a 7-Eleven nearby. Across the street is Surin Beach, which is a very natural and undeveloped beach. You'll see mostly Westerners bringing their own blankets to sunbathe; there are no other facilities there.
Very beautiful area of the hotel. When we arrived we were helped by the workers, although we lived in apartments. Responsive guys. Excellent housing condition, even there is a washing machine. One big minus is climbing and downhill, especially if you want to visit the beach. Ordered bike back there (about 40 batts per person in one direction). I think more suitable for long-term stay. Excellent room and zone for carving.

I didn't like the hotel. For 10,000 rubles a night, you should have at least the basics covered. And you can't take a proper shower here. The faucet with the sprayer is screwed tightly to the ceiling, spraying water everywhere but on you. The location is ok, but the impression of Surin was ruined by the hotel. Plus, the rooms are an acquired taste. Every wall is colorful, with a bunch of different decor, and they don't fit together at all. It's oppressive to be in such a room. We definitely won't stay there again.
Excellent apartment, the case when reality exceeds expectations 😄 the room was on the 4th floor overlooking the jungle. All kitchen utensils, hair dryer, iron, new huge TV. On the ground floor there is a fitness room and a swimming pool. Plus there's a gorgeous cat on duty. 5 min walk to Surin. The apartments are very well located, for the price the quality is excellent 👍 I recommend room 401
