Location of hotel is just across the road from the beach. There are shops and eateries near hotel. The room is pretty big for 2 persons. The breakfast is the same everyday and the pool water needs to be changed.

The only advantage is that it is close to Karon Beach and the price is cheap. Everything else is pretty bad. The facilities are very old and it's like a youth hostel. I personally suggest that if you have money, stay somewhere else.

Good location of the hotel. Located across the road from Karon Beach.
Breakfast is good, room is clean.
There are a lot of restaurants, massage parlors, and a fruit market nearby.
3 rooftop pools.
We lived in a room with access to one of the pools - very convenient.
The downside is the contingent. 99% of the hotel is Anex packages.

The room isn't exactly how it's on the photos, food is disgusting, too much noisy every time, I was surprised once I saw the room, I didn't see anybody who cleaned the pool, poor place but I love how Thai people kind and trying to be helpful

The food is bad, there is little choice at breakfast. The sauna doesn't work all the time! The receptionist promises an “engineer” and that’s all. The cleaning lady is always unhappy. We moved into the destroyed 5th building, just darkness and a hole. They pushed for resettlement for 4 days! Some devices were constantly making noise there, making it impossible to sleep. And it's a very long way to go.
The air conditioner is directed to the bed. As a result, everyone was blown away by one blow. Several people went to the hospital.
The hotel is located very well, there is a lot of food and massage parlors nearby.

The room was very nice. Business promotion is not exaggerated. The service staff in our store are friendly. He took us to the room and helped us carry our luggage.
