ห้องพักทำเลที่ตั้งไม่ดี เข้าซอยค่อนข้างลึก และรอบๆๆ โรงแรมไม่มีร้านค้าขาย ห้องพัก 2 ห้องนอน พัก 4 ท่าน แอร์ไม่เย็น 1 ห้องนอน ลูกๆ ต้องออกมานอนห้องรับแขกแทน อาหารเช้าไม่หลากหลาย โรงแรมขนาดเล็ก ไม่มีกิจกรรม

When I checked in, the hotel said they have not received the payment for my stay and wanted me to pay again (I already paid full amount on Trip.com), the staff weren't helpful at all and said I need to talk to Trip.com instead, even though I showed my receipt and my receipt from my bank.
The staff that was checking me in was not taking accountability at all. I was very happy to be helped by Trip.com by Clarissa who called and spoke to the hotel on my behalf, and once that's done, I got the refund from the hotel.
They should do better but thanks Trip.com for their customer service. I have not yet receive the refund from my bank even when the hotel said they would...so we will see.

Not a bad family hotel. Nice spacious rooms, but the building needs renovation soon.
Outdated air conditioners are very loud. It is impossible to sleep at night.
