Overall we were satisfied our stay in B2 even there is no sound prove which I can clearly heard people talking next room. Well you pay what you get. PS. The lady in check in counter was very polite and efficient. Thanks!

Location near Patong, 10 minutes by bike or taxi. There is a market with fruits and food nearby. The hotel itself is not bad, we had a good panoramic view of the mountains. But there is a need for cosmetic repairs, the furniture is all outdated. The windows were all dirty, the bathroom smelled unpleasant. On the ground floor there is a gym, you can work out well, but it turned out to be paid even if you are staying at the hotel.

Excellent reception from the staf, impecable uniforms, amazing hotel instalations, beautifull swimming pools, wonderfull SPA and a very asian breakfast stile. Since I am not asian, they had the sensibility to offer me an american stile breakfast. It was more then I could ever expect from them ! Clean rooms and very confortable and calm place. It is defenitly a place to stay ! Thank you for everything Mr NOOK ! Amazing reception and costumer care !

Stayed at The Part Hotel for 2 nights, very impressed. Thank you, Aunt Jae. It arranged a beautiful room and the atmosphere was very good. I like each other very much, the room is clean, the staff are smiling. Everyone is cute The morning food is very delicious. Come to Phuket next time, I will definitely visit this service here again. Anyone who comes to Phuket recommends the Par Hotel. Beautiful rooms, comfortable atmosphere, most importantly, excellent service.

We stayed in a 2 bed apartment with a private pool and it was exceptional. The rooms were very spacious and both had en suites. The kitchen was high quality, there was a separate dinning area and sitting area - all open plan. There was also a separate toilet. The pool area had a shower and the pool was larger than expected. Four of us in this apartment did not seem crammed at all. The staff were very nice and helpful at all times. The apartment was over looking a golf course and it was just idyllic. We could travel into Patong in ten minutes and it was great to return to the quiet and relaxing Tinidee. My only recommendation would be to have loungers by the pool in the apartment for relaxing days. Otherwise, most definitely worth the money. The extras like providing water each day and housekeeping going over and above just made it perfect.

The location is a hit and miss cos it’s a bit far from Patong beach but it’s good if you like peaceful location, the service was good but the only bad thing was every time you call reception they hanged up in the middle of me asking a question when was rude. And it happened at least 5 times 🤣 that was the only service that could’ve been better but the hotel itself was nice

Me and my girlfriend are doing 3 weeks in Phuket and loved this hotel as it allowed us to get away from the touristy places and just chill out. The Hotel is out the way of anything and located up a hill. The hotel looks brand new so it must of just been renovated. The hotel staff are so polite and kind away helping us. There’s a nice little gym and pool to chill out at and Also a few nice lounges and seating areas with amazing views to chill at too. The hotel offer free transport drop off and pick up to selected locations which we made use of everyday and was amazing as it really saves you some money on taxis. Recommended for a nice few chill days!

We've spent 3 days in Serenity Hotel and then we decided to continue our stay. It's a beautiful quiet place with an amazing view of lake and mountain. The gardens are well-kept and the swimming pool is perfect for chilling by the pool. The staff is friendly and always smiling. Thank you.

Despite our scheduled check-in at 2 PM, our early morning arrival from Bangkok at 9:45 AM didn't pose an issue. Pia, one of the managers, went above and beyond by facilitating an early check-in, allowing us to rest and kickstart our Phuket adventure on a refreshed note. Pia's attention to detail was noteworthy; she discovered that my birthday was just around the corner during the passport details process. In a delightful surprise, she coordinated with my husband to organize a birthday cake cutting ceremony during breakfast. It was a thoughtful gesture that added a personal touch to our stay. The housekeeping team further contributed to the overall warmth and celebration of my birthday by adorning our room with beautiful flower petals. The meticulous cleanliness of the rooms, along with thoughtful provisions like a balcony and a designated area to hang wet clothes, contributed to a hassle-free and comfortable experience. Zero complaints echoed our satisfaction. The breakfast spread was not only expansive but also delectable, meeting our morning cravings with a diverse array of options. Venturing into the Mala Spa for a rejuvenating treatment proved to be a highlight, showcasing the hotel's commitment to providing a holistic and enjoyable experience. Beyond the confines of the hotel, the provision of a pickup/drop service to Patong Beach showcased a commitment to guest convenience. The attentive and accommodating nature of the staff further enriched our stay, creating an environment of ease and enjoyment. In summary, my stay at Fusion Suites surpassed expectations, providing a harmonious blend of comfort, personal touches, and outstanding service that made my visit to Phuket truly memorable.
