Guests raved about the comfortable and clean rooms with good shower pressure. The excellent and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay, and the hotel's great location near the city center, shopping mall, and restaurants allowed for easy access to everything guests needed. The hotel also offered good value for money, and guests appreciated the nice and clean facilities, including the rooftop pool and balcony. Need to update some of issue.
Amazing stay in Phuket! The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and relaxing, the pool and its view were beautiful, and the housekeeping service was excellent.
Special thanks to the reception staff: Ninew, Pop, Cartoon, Bally, and Jer for being so kind, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. They truly made the experience even better.
Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again! 🙏🏻✨
Just stayed from June 25-30, 2069, with my family. We booked 3 rooms and requested them to be close together, which the hotel arranged for us. The rooms were very spacious, clean, and the air conditioning was cold. The TV had many channels. All staff members provided excellent service, spoke kindly, and gave very helpful recommendations. The hotel is close to Prince of Songkla University, Phuket campus, and near shopping areas, making it easy to get to Central Phuket. There's a 7-Eleven nearby and many diverse restaurants to choose from close to the hotel. We will definitely stay here again. Everyone on the trip was very impressed.
New hotel with some units still under construction. My room was far from the lobby (about a 5 minute walk). But it was nice being able to walk out to the pool (and there is a hammock above the pool). The rooms did not come with hand soap - I was told to use the shower gel. Wifi did not work reliably. There is nothing really around the hotel. Some traditional Thai food stalls around. Almost every other guest was part of a Chinese tour. Breakfast was mediocre (200bahts if breakfast not included in rate). No room service. On site spa was good, though a bit on the expensive side.
The experience was subpar. On the first day, I arrived early and checked in early. Due to the room not being ready yet, we were told to wait for 15 minutes; however, after more than 30 minutes, when I checked with them again, they told me it was ready and led us to the room. Once in the room, I felt that the room was not thoroughly clean. The bedsheet has a bit of a stain on it. When we called to check if we were able to change the bedsheet, they said housekeeping ended work at 5 pm and suggested giving an extra blanket to cover the stained bedsheet first and changing the next day. Overall, the staff are very friendly, but the hotel room is on the old side, and the location was a bit remote as well.
A wonderful hotel. The rooms were clean, and even though our room was by the elevator, it was very quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping was daily. The location isn't the best, but there's a lovely Russian restaurant nearby, and Central Festival mall is relatively close. It's about a 30-minute scooter ride to Patong and Chalong. The staff were very kind and let us store our luggage for free after check-out.
A very clean hotel, friendly staff, and getting to the sea without a scooter is out of the question. A very quiet area, unlike any other in Patong.
lots of street food, 7eleven 1 minute
I would rate this resort like property 3 star property. Rooms and bathroom are clean but interiors is average. Amenities provided in the rooms are average. It needs extra precautions for the balcony part as it is risky if you are travelling with small kid.
Breakfast had options but the taste was not good at all.
Swimming pool size is adequate and good.
Check in and out is smooth and helpful staff there.
Location : away from Patong but closer to pier. Still you need taxi to approach all attractions
Overall value for money
Hotel was in a beautiful location clean and helpful staff but the lack of a decent bar after 6:30 in the evening is just plain silly and no food either. They don’t even have a vending machine. Clean tidy great bedrooms aircon a bit of aged side but room wise couldn’t fault.
If you get a room facing the road, be aware that even with the windows and balcony closed, it won't block out the noise. You'll hear motorcycles very clearly at night. So, if you're sensitive to noise, it's better to opt for rooms facing the opposite direction.
Great hotel situated in Phuket, a little difficult to get taxis sometimes but hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are luxurious and very large for the price paid (very reasonable), great bathrooms too (very large) with a nice shower. Amenities are great and very tranquil location situated on a golf course along with a pool to help you relax.
100% would highly recommend! Look forward to revisiting.
Advantages: There is a kitchen, the refrigerator is relatively large, I bring the induction cooker and the pot, it is convenient to cook by myself. Disadvantages: Far from the beach and the bustling area of Patong. The hotel is on a steep slope, and the poor car skills will feel bad. I am the accelerator pedaling on the bottom. It is too inconvenient if there is no car. Summary: If you have a car to overcome the travel problem, more than 160 prices for cooking yourself is good.
Location near Patong, 10 minutes by bike or taxi. There is a market with fruits and food nearby. The hotel itself is not bad, we had a good panoramic view of the mountains. But there is a need for cosmetic repairs, the furniture is all outdated. The windows were all dirty, the bathroom smelled unpleasant. On the ground floor there is a gym, you can work out well, but it turned out to be paid even if you are staying at the hotel.
