The Nai Harn is a great destination for a Phuket relax vacation. The structure is ok while the service + breakfast/restaurant is high level allowing you to have a peace during your vacation. The reception + concierge are extremely helpful and efficient. We arrived with a baby (and pregnant wife) and reception happily helped us to change room to a more comfortable room. For the beach you have to walk 200 Mt to get your sunbeds (which I don't mind, giving you a chance to do a minimum of activity). On the beach you have a good selection of local restaurants. We will come back!

We loved this hotel, upon arrival we received the complimentary coconut lolly which was amazing after a long day travelling :) a nice touch We ate in the restaurant and left our luggage with reception until we had finished eating. We were both then taken to our room on the electric cart which was fun, We woke up refreshed the next morning, the bed was extremely large and comfortable, the room is well equipped with everything we required ( although a bottle opener would have been the only thing we really needed) Breakfast was plentiful, even down to eggs Benedict cooked to order included which was my favourite, also noodles, breads, pastries and meats on offer, something for everyone. Anyway we knew we wanted to travel the country so spoke with reception and explained we wouldn’t be around for 6 days and that we would be leaving belongings in the room, they were intrigued to know where we were heading and engaged in conversation which was nice, We returned 6 days later from our travels to relax for our last 4 days before we travelled home, upon arrival the receptionist welcomed us back and instantly asked how our travels went, it was nice to be recognised :) . The room again was spotlessly clean upon our return and believe me it was needed after we flew back in from Khaosan road Bangkok, We had a shower and put the provided silk gowns on and just sat on the balcony to reflect on the past 6 days, It’s a hotel to lay around and relax…….. or do what we did and enjoy the beautiful beach of Nai Harn which is 5 minutes walk away offering some beautiful restaurants to watch the sun go down OR travel the full country and go back to enjoy the last few days. It really was a perfect trip for me and my partner, and we would definitely return. A massive credit to all of the staff at this hotel :) they work so hard and it shows here because the level of professionalism from all of them is clear :) Well done Sunsuri Phuket and we hope to see you all again soon , P.s we were in room 1206 :)

Locations are excellent , opposite the lake . A chic view of either the lake or the sea , depending on the location of the villa. To the sea 15 minutes walk or 4 minutes for a shuttle. Goes off every hour to the sea from the hotel and takes back from the sea. The villa is excellent , with its own pool and amenities , we are lucky that everything was green around. The palm trees are bush but there are nuances here: mosquitoes appear , godmolas , birds are many , frogs , frogs , butterflies and life . If you want to be completely connected with nature, the villas 9505-9512 are such. You can't leave the crumbs and food for 5 minutes, butterflies attack. By the way, we didn't have microwave, where somewhere is indicated about the availability - specify. You can't prepare food for the child. The room is good for the couple only . You can not leave the room .

Отдыхали в данном отеле в феврале 2023 года 11 ночей. Знали куда летим и все нюансы, но приятная цена за новый отель сделала свое дело) При заселении взымается депозит 100 $ или €. В период нашего проживания частично работали 2 корпуса с однокомнатными номерами. Но к концу отдыха, корпус с двухкомнатными номерами у бассейна начали отмывать и заселять. Всего будет 8 корпусов. Мы жили во втором корпусе, в котором находится временный ресепшен. Все корпуса построены. Есть внутренняя отделка и даже мебель. Никакой стройки и шума нет. Полностью отель начнёт работу только в марте 2024 года. Наш номер находился на втором этаже, окна выходили на дорогу. Но так как корпуса отеля расположены на тупиковой улочке, всегда очень тихо. Напротив нет построек, растут бананы и по утрам поют птицы. Это теневая сторона. Окна противоположных номеров выходили на бассейн, там всегда солнце. На мой взгляд отель вполне готов к размещению гостей. В нашем номере мы жили первые. Все новое, чистое. Приятный интерьер (качество ремонта не самое лучшее, но это мелочи). Сами номера довольно просторные. Есть все необходимое: халат, тапочки, питьевая вода, гигиенические принадлежности. Кухня особо не нужна, но в целом было удобно мыть и хранить фрукты.. другую еду и напитки. Ничего из кухонной утвари там нет, кроме 2х кружек и ложек. Но мы сами купили все необходимое (нож, доска, губка, фужеры и тд), цены там на все копеечные. Очень удобная кровать и подушки. Из тв каналов работал только Первый. Убирают прилично, вопросов особо не было. В первый день показала, где получше помыть - все сделали. Единственное, что меня немного смущало -это, действительно, громко работающий кондиционер. Но,в целом, к нему быстро привыкаешь и перестаешь обращать внимание. И еще не понравилось, что в жилых корпусах до сих пор не отмыты окна на лестницах, очень портит общий вид(( Бассейн многоуровневый, у каждого корпуса. Уже полностью функционирует. Есть детский бассейн. Бар у бассейна работал, но были только напитки. Местоположение отеля на мой взгляд очень удачное. До кафе, магазинов пешком несколько минут, но при этом сам отель стоит в очень тихом месте. В целом нужно понимать, что район Раваи и Найхарн будут прилично отличаться от районов Карон, Каты и Патонга. Здесь более тихо и спокойно. Но, лично нам наш район очень нравился. Рядом хороший пляж Найхарн, множество кафе с самым разнообразным меню, рыбный рынок со свежайшими морепродуктами. Находится в самом начале пляжа Раваи, где пирс. Покупаете морепродукты и там же в кафе их готовят. На удивление, всегда вкусно в основном. Приготовить 1 кг морепродуктов -100 бат. 0,5 кг -75 бат. В отеле есть бесплатный трансфер на пляж Найхарн. Добираться туда максимум 5 минут. Пляжные полотенца можно брать на ресепшен. Пляж красивый, широкий. Море очень чистое. Есть лежаки по 200 бат за 2 шт. Так же недалеко расположен пляж Януй (находится между пляжем Раваи и Найхарн). Но он очень небольшой. Там можно взять в аренду каяки или поснорклить. Мимо него пр

I arrived at the hotel at night. There was no one in the lobby and I was really scared. It's in a place of the countryside. I did not see any other individual travelers. There are only tourist groups. The hotel room is perfect. It's a villa with a separate pool.

I booked this resort because the previous reviews were all very positive. In addition, my friend and I wanted to visit Phuket's south, Rawai Beach, anyway. We took the Phuket Smart Bus from Kamala Beach to Rawai Beach for 100 THB 🚍 The friendly bus driver dropped us off near the resort. The last part to the destination was on foot. The resort is off the main road, pleasantly quiet - but everything was easy to find 🙂 An employee briefly and succinctly took our personal details, gave us some instructions on the facility, showed us the spacious apartment and gave us a great motorbike to borrow right away 🛵 The rooms are equipped with everything necessary. The rooms were very spacious and everything was clean. The furniture and the decor are very dark and a bit older - you just have to like it. Pleasantly enough hooks and hangers are available, and there is also a possibility to dry laundry. The veranda or terrace complete the very positive picture - here you can start the day relaxed with a coffee or end the day with a beer 👍 The complex is very well maintained, the pool is surrounded by the rooms/apartments, a free water dispenser is available, parking spaces are available, Breakfast is offered a'la carte, Drinks can also be purchased on site. It's only a few minutes' drive to Ya Nui Beach in one direction and just a few minutes' drive to the restaurants and shops in the other direction 🛵 7-Eleven and Family Mart are within walking distance. We would like to give a very positive mention to the boss of the resort - a Swiss person who is very pleasant to talk to, who welcomed us and who gave us very friendly advice and other great travel tips. Thank you for that 🙏 For us, this resort is highly recommended 👍

A great location for this area, loved our pool access room and hubby and I loved the massive bed. The resort staff are really friendly, and we used the free drop offs on offer with the resort to local locations. Only negative during or stay was the younger drunken generation that thought it fun to be spitting, from balcony above our room, into the pool one night. No manners at all. Highly recommend this place as they have really great service and nice and quiet most nights. Easy place to walk into Rawai for local nightlife or to the seafood markets or you can catch a Grab to surrounding beaches/markets etc. We will be back here again for sure.

- breakfast always same things every day, should have more choices - Housekeeping good cleaning But there is no check before leaving the room, such as tissues, bath soap, toilet paper, cotton bud, drinking water, etc. Because I have to asked for those things every day - staff not really friendly but some of them they do a good job - swimming pool a bit dirty a lot of garbage around. - my second day I was asked for iron but they said it not available have to wait till noon and next day I asked for that again so it the same answer I get have to wait 2-3 hours but I already inform them that I have a meeting have to go soon but … I’m your hotel have only one iron? I've stayed in a 5 star 4 star hotel a lot also worked in 5 stay hotel and cruise ship I knew about service standards so if you want to show up your place as a hotel I think your staff really need to have service training. I choose your hotel coz I think it’s a nice hotel beautiful and the room look nice but service not wow.

It was a pleasant experience. We stayed for 2 nights. The pool was spacious , adults & kids can have a good time there . There’s a bar in the pool . The buffet breakfast was fascinating , a lot of variations . They changed the menu on the second day . They have free shuttle service to the beaches and apparently u can walk around to get food . All the amenities are nearby . The receptionist even offered us for a free hotel upgrade . U can go to yanui beach using free bus the hotel provides and it is so beautiful. Sandy white beaches . Big Buddha is 20 km away from the hotel . U can rent a bike (250 bhat / 1 day) .prom cape is walking distance from yanui beach , if u enjoy walking if not u can always hitchhike..that’s what we did hehe .. hotel staff were friendly. We will definitely come again to the e hotel . Thank u trip.com
