Ahhh, my favourite hotel of all times. And that's not lttle as I am a bifg fan of travels all over the globe. Have stayed budget as well as i luxurious places. For leisure and work. You'll love this place if you * appreciate quiet neighbourhoods * beautiful gardens * big swimming pools * corteous staff * splendid sunset views from many of the rooms, and if you don't get that, no problem. You can enjoy it from many other parts of the hotel, like the roof top swimming pool. * a reading room with cookies and tea 10am to 10 pm * a fitness room * several.programs and workshops a day * nice breakfast with a large variety * a beach with white sand and visible corals in low tide (at the sister hotel 300 m away) And I could just go on and on and on .... Anything bad about the place? It is tucked away, so not so easy to get a grab or bolt here, but there are taxis close by so not a big problem, really.

It was my first time staying here, and I was truly impressed by the service and attention from all the staff. The location is easy to find and convenient to travel to, with spacious parking and a relaxing, green atmosphere. There are plenty of common areas, making it suitable for both families and business travelers. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel is also located only about 1.5 km from Ao Yon Beach. I will definitely come back again if I have the chance.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐½ (8.0/10)‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ Overall, I would rate this hotel 8 .0 out of 10. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the environment was peaceful and enjoyable. The staff were generally pleasant, and the property itself provided a good experience. The environment has an awful smell too‼️‼️‼️‼️ However, the main reason I am not giving this hotel a higher rating is because of the floating breakfast experience, which was honestly disappointing. Guests are charged an additional fee of around 850–1,000 Baht for the floating breakfast, while a regular breakfast costs only about 350–500 Baht. For that premium price, I expected a much better experience and more value for money. The floating breakfast looks beautiful in photographs and is perfect for social media content. Unfortunately, it seems designed more for pictures than for actually enjoying a meal. The food selection was quite limited, and there was not enough variety considering the extra amount being charged. Another issue is that while trying to take pictures, the food remains exposed for a long time. In my experience, insects were attracted to the food, making it less enjoyable to eat afterward. Also, because the tray is floating in the pool, water can sometimes splash into the food and drinks. By the time you finish taking photos and videos, parts of the meal may no longer be appetizing. What disappointed me most was learning that guests who pay extra for the floating breakfast are not allowed to also access the regular breakfast option. After spending a significant amount on the floating breakfast, I felt there should at least be some flexibility or access to the standard breakfast buffet. Instead, it felt like I paid extra mainly for the photo opportunity rather than for a satisfying breakfast experience. My honest advice to future guests is this: book the floating breakfast only if your goal is to take beautiful pictures. If your priority is enjoying a good breakfast, the regular breakfast may provide better value for money. Apart from this issue, I enjoyed my stay, which is why I am still giving the hotel a solid 8.5/10. Improving the floating breakfast experience would easily make this a much stronger overall rating.

I chose this hotel because I was going out to sea the next day, and it was a bit closer to Chalong Pier (though still about half an hour away). Since it was during the Chinese New Year, the price was relatively cheap, so the value for money was decent. **Ambiance**: It was very quiet, spacious, serene, and had very few people with lots of greenery. Aside from some mosquitoes, it was comfortable overall. **Service**: Regarding the room assignment, as shown in the picture, it was in the furthest corner, a common issue often raised by Chinese guests. This time was no exception, but since I had argued with several other hotels, I didn't bother to 'battle' with this one, thinking it was just for one night. However, since the entire area is within this garden setting, it was still acceptable. The front desk service wasn't particularly enthusiastic, but it was adequate. If you're playing in the nearby area, like visiting the water park or dolphinarium, I would still recommend it. We had a very comfortable night.

This hotel is located right by the sea in a quiet and peaceful area, free from any hustle and bustle, which I really loved. All the staff provided excellent service. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The TV is a smart TV, allowing you to watch YouTube or Netflix. There is also a bar and a restaurant available as part of the hotel’s services. The parking area is a short distance from the hotel, but there is a shuttle service provided, which is not an issue at all. You can also walk if you prefer. Overall, I was very impressed with this place.

Stayed at this hotel for a Spring Festival vacation with my family, specifically because of the drama 'Love You' and wanted to check it out. When checking in, the front desk asked if we were staying because of the TV show and even gave us a detailed介绍 of all the filming locations. While waiting to check in, the manager came over to greet us and shared some history about the hotel. Our room required a golf cart ride back and forth, which the concierge could arrange anytime with a quick call. The blonde girl at the front desk even gave us a tour of our room during check-in, and later we received welcome fruit and desserts. Breakfast was a Western buffet, but the dining area didn't have air conditioning. When checking out, the same blonde girl greeted us again and hoped we'd return. Overall, it lives up to its reputation as an established resort hotel; the service is excellent, the location is quiet, and the private beach is well-maintained. The only minor downside is that, besides the guest rooms, there are no air-conditioned areas in the hotel. After checking out, we wanted to grab a drink in an air-conditioned space while waiting for our transfer to the airport, but there wasn't one available. We had to wait at the front desk, but it got quite hot after a while.

We stayed in a detached bungalow by the pond. It has a large living room combined with a kitchen, and two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One of the bedrooms is accessed from the veranda. The veranda is spacious, with a sofa, armchairs, and tables. There's also a clothes drying rack there, which wasn't very convenient. It would be good to replace it with a standard one. One bedroom has a desk and a chair for working. Since we needed another workspace, they provided one for us completely free of charge upon request. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking: a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, and refrigerator. We stayed there for a month and cooked all our meals, never needing to buy anything extra for the kitchen. When the toaster broke during our stay, it was immediately replaced. In general, they respond quickly to any request and try their best to help. A huge thank you to Nina! When my husband's computer mouse broke, they also helped us out by lending us one until we bought a new one. The pond by the bungalow has fish, lots of frogs, and we even saw monitor lizards. The frogs are incredibly loud at night; if you're on the veranda, you have to raise your voice to talk. Keep this in mind – if you like to sleep in silence, bring earplugs! (We got used to them, and it was fine). There's a clean, good-sized swimming pool on the property with a comfortable depth for adults. The property itself isn't huge, but it's very cozy, with benches, swings, and tables. Everything is very charming. There's also a cafe where you can order food and drinks. The selection is small but adequate. The prices are very reasonable, even cheaper than the cafes on the beach. It's about a 15-minute slow walk to the sea, passing by some local houses and a mangrove forest along the way. If you don't feel like walking, you can take a tuk-tuk. It's free once a day (they take you to the beach and pick you up at a pre-arranged time); if you want to use it again, it costs 100 baht.

This is rather difficult in that the resort is excellent, the food was really good and the service very good but…..through Trip we booked a premium sea view room which was shown in the booking as a large room with full sea views, a double sun lounger on the balcony, a sofa and a walk in wardrobe. Ours had none of the above and indeed the room faced the back of the resort cafe! We politely mentioned this and was told the premium rooms were full - not great considering we booked ours several months ago. We were given a really nice upgrade for night 2 but obv only being there 2 nights we feel a little let down on the quality of night 1 and the money we paid.

I absolutely loved the ambiance at Cape Panwa. It's much less crowded than other areas, making it perfect for a truly relaxing escape. What really stood out was the peace, quiet, and the stunning views. The establishment functions as both a hotel and a condominium complex. They offer a self-service breakfast, and I have to mention the Tom Kha Gai – it was incredibly delicious and left me thoroughly impressed. I'll definitely be back!

Our family had an amazing stay at the resort. The rooms are comfy and well-kept. For seaview rooms, note that not all look like the photos overlooking the fantastic views of the main pool and sea—families with little kids who rely on those views for naptimes should specifically request a room in Building 4. The staff are super friendly and helpful, breakfast has plenty of tasty options, and the pools are perfect for relaxing, with kid-friendly areas too. We also loved that the resort offers free beach amenities like toys, paddle boards, and kayaks.
