The front desk checked if there were any available rooms and let us check in directly. What a surprise. The room is large and clean. The rooms all have direct access to the swimming pool. We stayed in 3 hotels in Thailand for 7 days. The price was similar. Just over 1,000. I have to say that this hotel was the best. The room was directly connected to the swimming pool, and both children and adults had a lot of fun playing in the water. The whole hotel is surrounded by water, which is great. They even upgraded two of our rooms. If you are traveling with children, I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel shows discriminate to Chinese people. The reception offers the worst room to Chinese，usually the tail room or the room at the corner. If you want to change the room you have to fight with the reception staff，which is annoying cause we are going vacation，not to fight around. The attitude of staff are wired，sometimes even rude. Hate that！Chinese people paid high price for the room and what we got is the worst room and rude service！Please avoid this racist hotel.
