I was very satisfied when I visited Mandarava last year and the year before, so I decided to visit again this time.
However, when I visited this time, the reception staff's response was very different compared to white people and couples.
There were no staff other than the pool bar staff in the swimming pool, so there was a lot of inconvenience regarding cleaning and other services.
Perhaps due to the influence of Songkran, it felt like there were fewer staff overall during my stay.
It was a nice and friendly Mandaraba. I felt bad because I continued to be discriminated against just because a female individual checked in.
I think the female reception staff need retraining.
I only speak English. The concept of hotel service is lacking.

The environment is tropical rainforest, the room is an independent small villa, and there is a swimming pool under the balcony. The hotel has a total of 5 swimming pools. We checked in 3 of them. The 5 swimming pools have their own unique designs. There are not many people in the swimming pools, and there are not many children. The swimming and taking pictures are very good. The breakfast category is very rich. There are 4 restaurants and 5 pool bars for lunch and dinner. The scenery is halfway up the mountain and you can see the sea. I checked in at the Thai restaurant. The food is more exquisite, and the sunset outside the window is particularly beautiful. Although it is halfway up the mountain and it takes 10 minutes to walk down to the beach, the hotel has 4 scheduled shuttle buses a day. It would be better if more buses could be added.
