"The hotel has a good environment, and there's a 7/11 nearby. The front desk staff can communicate in English, and there's an open-air swimming pool on the top floor. The room has a refrigerator and microwave, which is very convenient. The air conditioning is also very strong. The only downside is that the smoking area is quite far, with only one in area A. However, there's no phone in the room, and the cleaning staff barely speak English. When we first checked in, the sheets had bloodstains. We had to go downstairs to the front desk to inform them, which was a bit inconvenient, but they replaced the sheets for us promptly."

"We really enjoyed staying here. The architecture and the pool area were honestly one of my favorite parts. During daytime the hotel already looks very pretty, but at night it becomes absolutely stunning. The lights and the atmosphere make the whole place feel very special.
The hotel has everything you need — pool, gym, spa, bar, restaurant, and also a room where you can have tea, coffee, and snacks 24/7, which was actually very convenient after coming back late. The reception works all day and night, and every time we needed something, the staff helped us very fast. Everyone was friendly and welcoming during our stay.
I also really liked the breakfast. There were salads, fruits, muffins, omelettes, eggs in different styles, and honestly a lot of options. What surprised me the most was the coffee. Usually coffee from hotel coffee machines is not that good, but here it was actually very delicious. I took a macchiato almost every morning and really enjoyed it.
For me, this is one of those places that looks even better in real life than in pictures. Very aesthetic, relaxing, and perfect if you enjoy beautiful architecture and good atmosphere."

"The room was very spacious, and there’s a 7-Eleven right across the road which was super convenient. The location is also really good — we walked everywhere during our trip and it was very easy to get around.
The only thing that made us a little uncomfortable was that there was a connecting door inside the room leading to the room next door. At first it felt a bit worrying, and unfortunately the guests next door checked in around 2am and were drinking, talking, and laughing loudly, so it was quite hard for us to sleep. The soundproofing could definitely be improved.
Other than that, everything else was really good👌 We requested a birthday decoration for my boyfriend and it turned out so cute 🥹 The towel cake decoration was adorable hahaha. Thank you so much for the effort and warm service 🤍"

"The location is excellent, and the room is spacious and clean. Housekeeping did a great job every day. Since I booked early, I was assigned a quiet room facing the courtyard, which was perfect for someone like me who needs a peaceful environment. The infinity pool on the 7th floor offered incredible sunset views – amazing for photos! The front desk lady, Eye, spoke excellent English and Chinese, and she was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend Youdee!"

"The hotel is beautiful. Our sea-view room offered fantastic views of the beach and the sunset, which we loved! The kids really enjoyed it too. The staff were quite friendly. However, there were small ants coming out of the bathroom sink, so I'd suggest the hotel implement regular pest control. Another area for improvement is the food; most of the options seem geared towards Western palates. With so many Chinese tourists visiting now, it would be great to see some Chinese breakfast options like wontons or beef noodles added to the menu."

"Location of hotel is great. Walking distance to many places such as Jung Ceylon, Bangladesh Street and the beach.
Love e service staff too who had suggestions on the food and also allowed me quickly to change room due to bug issues. Also love the amenities - swimming pool at rooftop with a bar, allows me to enjoy the sun but away from the crowd. It also has bathtub, for me to soak 😃
However, suggest the hotel should go thru a face-lift, some parts look rundown.
Overall, price paid is worth the stay... would go back to this hotel when I m back in Phuket."

"Overall, I booked this place for the sea view, and it exceeded my expectations! Being able to wake up to such a stunning ocean view from bed just made me never want to leave.
**Cleanliness:** It's clean, and actually looks better in person than in the photos. The pictures make it seem a bit older, but it doesn't feel that way in reality.
**Ambiance:** The beach is right downstairs, and it's incredibly clean with crystal-clear waters along the shore. I honestly think it's much better than those more expensive foreign chain hotels or trendy influencer spots. The accompanying beachfront breakfast restaurant, steakhouse, and bar are all right by the beach, so you can enjoy the ocean view from morning till night.
**Service:** The service was great. Both the lady at the front desk and the bellhop were very friendly, and they were happy to accommodate my request to switch rooms due to a less-than-ideal view.
**Cons:** 1. Breakfast was just okay. 2. The shower water would often suddenly turn scalding hot, which was a bit unnerving."

GGuest UserWe loved the overall experience as a family of four. It was only a short boat ride from Phuket. Although the beach was small, there was a private pool in our villa which we loved. We swam in the private pool when it was sunset. It was so pretty. 
The majority of the staff was also incredibly friendly, with almost every service available 24/7.
Impressed by the friendliness of the staff at Naka Island Hotel. None of them went past us without smiling and greeting us, and almost everyone we met was ready to engage in little conversation to help us settle into the environment. It was so chilled all around, the surroundings and the accommodation, our nerves were rested for a good few days. Beautiful local excursions also available. We went on a little hike to Tad zoo beach which proved to be a little of an adventure because of the 30-min arduous walk for the kids. Once there, not only did we enjoy the beach chilled atmosphere, we got on jet skis with some discounts to the hotel prices too. Upon return to hotel, we jumped into the private pool overlooking the beach at sunset. An amazing experience hard to forget.
Breakfast was exquisite. It had the blend of modern western food and local Thai food. The noodles were delicious, broth was excellent. Got a shoulder and back massage free of charge at the entrance to the veranda restaurant (breakfast restaurant) - knowing how much it would cost, it made my day. Would recommend the Muay Thai to anyone seeking a workout with a touch of Thai culture. The instructor was friendly and funny. He identified my daughter’s talent in the sport. When we go back to HK, I will have another perspective to work on.

A taxi ride costs around 200 RMB, so it's best to stay here at the beginning or end of your Phuket trip. There are no shops around the hotel; you'll need to take the hotel shuttle for about 10 minutes to reach a small town for shopping or dining. The hotel itself is a resort type, perfect for just relaxing on-site. The environment is nice, and the beach is uncrowded. Recommended if you're looking for a relaxing resort stay.

Hizmetliler hep güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Hemen saygılı bir şekilde selamlıyorlar sizi.
Oda çok geniş, hemen odadan havuza dalıyorsunuz . Odanın önünde kendi Şezlonglarınız var. Plaj havlusu, yağmur veya güneş için şemsiyeleriniz bile var hatta sinek için mat bile var ve her gün tabletin yenisini koyuyorlar.
Otelin her tarafı çok güzel tropikal çiçeklerle dolu. En çok ta taylandin meshur beyaz çiçeği (galiba lotus) ve orkideleri beğendim.
Tayland tatilimin böyle çok yüksek kalitede başlamasından dolayı çok mutluyum.

DDonドニMy first time staying at a deck dorm style.The manager was willing to come, and did check in for me in the middle of the night. Do the 200 Baht refundable deposit. Give me the towel. Informed me to the rule of no sandal/shoes at 2nd floor to maintain the floor kept clean.
That is all you can see.
Nice room, chill, no noise in the room, and other ”I am sleeping” rules.
If you have an issue of not using sandals in the bathroom, then honestly you just need a hotel with a private room. Yeah, upper deck was scary. I dreamt of falling down 😪
Well, deck dorm style is not just for me. But a good experience here, and with 217 Baht (including tax) I paid, it is worth the money.
This hotel provides breakfast too. Something I don't really expect 😁😁
They also give me a key gift over a checkout. For sure, I get my 200 Baht back.

TTatiana Ch.A great hotel for a family vacation. It’s surrounded by beautiful nature, in a safe area with little traffic and no pushy street vendors.
The hotel is located within the Laguna complex, which offers a free shuttle service. The only store within walking distance is the modest Top’s, but you can drive to a 7-Eleven.
You can get to the beach by boat, but around 8–9 a.m. and in the evening, the boat will be packed with families with children and strollers. You can also walk there; taking it easy, it takes about 8–10 minutes, though part of the way is in the heat. There are plenty of private sun loungers at the beach. However, the front row closest to the sea is taken from early morning.
The rooms feature a kitchen, a small living area, and two air conditioners. They come with dishes and cutlery. Housekeeping is provided every other day. The trash disposal system is interesting—it’s done through a special “locker,” so the staff doesn’t need to come into your room to take out the trash. It’s a great system.
The hotel’s clientele consists mainly of families with small children and older couples.
My family liked the hotel; we’d definitely come back again!

KKLorraineOverall, it was a very good stay. Orn was nice and accommodating and even helped move me to a higher floor the next day. Berna from the restaurant was also friendly and took the time to chat, which was really nice.
The room was refreshed while I was out during the day, which was great, but it would’ve been helpful to be informed beforehand since my personal belongings were left around.
Just a small note — the bathrobe wasn’t set up initially, and only two pillows were provided for a room meant for two guests, so I had to request extra pillows.

LLiuyuan～Our family really loved our room during our Chinese New Year trip! 😍 It was very spacious. We booked a family room with a double-decker kids' area and a king bed. It could easily accommodate four adults – perfect for my parents and my two sisters. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were also excellent in terms of space and cleanliness. There was a large balcony overlooking the pool, which extended all the way to the beach – it had such a great vibe. We absolutely adored the overall facilities and environment.
In the evening, my elder daughter and I had a spa treatment. It was a bit pricey but acceptable 😁. The guy at the reception was very enthusiastic, and the overall service was great. My dad and younger daughter went to the soft play area, which makes this hotel ideal for family fun.
The scenery was spectacular. We visited on the first day of Chinese New Year, and they had a dragon dance 🐉, firecrackers 🧨, and gave out gifts 🎁 to the children. The kids had an absolute blast! Even though we were in Thailand, it felt very much like Chinese New Year.
There were yoga classes by the beach, but unfortunately, we didn't have time to join.
For service, I'd give it an 85 out of 100. 👍🏼 The front desk had a Chinese-speaking girl who was very thoughtful and helpful, and the doorman was also very polite. However, the restaurant staff and a female attendant folding towels by the pool felt a little lacking. While there wasn't anything overtly bad, their service just wasn't as comfortable as the rest. Everything else was excellent.
In summary: The hardware – scenery, accommodation, and cleanliness – was impeccable; the service still has room for improvement.

GGuest UserSpectacular views of the sea from the rooms make this resort a winner for feelings of peace and solitude. My room included a ceiling fan and a separate rain shower next to the bath tub. A massive free breakfast buffet starts the day for most guests, with changing options on a daily basis. Before breakfast I walked down the steep driveway to the private beach to swim either in the sea or the small pool next to it. At 7 am there is nobody around. One morning I took out a kayak (one hour free) which had stunning panoramic views. There are two swimming pools by the resort’s main building and both are delightful for swimming and relaxing.
Nothing much to do in the evening and the TV channel selection could be expanded with movie channels (e.g., HBO, Cinemax), educational channels like Discovery Asia, and nature channels like BBC Earth and Love Nature. I partook in a 90 minute herbal pack massage which was a bit pricy but very professional. Both lunch and dinner menus have sufficient variety of dishes and food quality was good. Staff were always helpful. In summary, Supalai Scenic Bay Resort is a wonderfully serene experience at a very reasonable room price.
