"The hotel is a bit of a walk from the airport, about 20 minutes. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs and plenty of restaurants nearby, which is quite convenient. The front desk has Thai staff who speak Chinese, and after check-in, someone personally escorts you to your room. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the room itself is generally clean and tidy. The sheets, bedding, and towels all had a noticeable fragrance. They provide shower gel and shampoo, but no toothpaste, toothbrushes, or slippers, so you'll need to bring your own. The bathtub in the bathroom doesn't have a curtain, so water splashes out when you shower, leaving a large wet area around the toilet. I stayed for several days and found it to be decent overall."

"I had a wonderful stay at Splash Beach Resort in Mai Khao as a couple. The resort is spacious, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing away from the busy tourist areas. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, with a calm resort atmosphere that made our stay very enjoyable.Breakfast is served with various meals. One of the highlights is the beautiful Mai Khao Beach, just steps from the resort. The beach is quiet, natural, and perfect for long walks together, especially during sunset. A big bonus is the famous airplane photo spot near the beach, where planes fly very low as they land at Phuket Airport. It’s an amazing and unique experience, and the huge airplanes make incredible photos, not only for couples but also for families. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the resort facilities, including the pools and restaurants, were convenient and relaxing. Overall, Splash Beach Resort is a great choice for couples looking for a peaceful beachfront stay with a unique photo spot and memorable experiences. Highly recommended"

Their professionalism, warmth, and dedication made my stay truly enjoyable and memorable. I really enjoyed my stay and especially my room is seafront and unblock view , the room is literally directly in front of the ocean view. , can near the sound of the waves from your room, loving every minute of balcony view. Jacuzzi was a bonus and it made you feel so comfortable after a long day of walk . Elle has been exceptionally attentive and prompt in replying to all my emails. She handled every request efficiently and always provided thoughtful solutions. Her professionalism and problem-solving attitude gave me great confidence before and during my stay. Pa, the Reception Manager, was equally impressive. She was at the front desk during my check-in and also responded quickly to my live chat messages through the Zenmaya app. Every request I made was immediately attended to under her careful supervision. Her attention to detail and proactive approach are truly commendable. Puy, the Housekeeper, did a fantastic job maintaining my room. Everything was always tidy and neatly arranged. Initially, I noticed that small towels were missing, but after I made the request, she remembered and ensured they were placed in my room every day thereafter. Her consistency and care were much appreciated. Your staff are true gems — rare to find and a great credit to the hotel. Please continue the excellent work! "checkin very late night, don’t know why receptionist give the twin beds room to a solo traveler (She know I come alone) After change to the kingbed room, it is better. Room is huge and works great for me. The excellent location makes me explore easier in Phuket Town! I wouldn’t recommend to take the breakfast. I dont find the joy through breakfast. Phuket Town has lot of better food options!"

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise! It's very bright, the rooms are spacious, and the kids loved the pool. The Thai lady at the front desk was not only beautiful but also provided excellent service. It's super convenient as it's right next to the weekend night market. We'll definitely be back! The clothes and accessories sold there are really cheap, and you can get cold drinks and coconut ice freely. The homemade drinks from 7-Eleven are also amazing. The scenery is so beautiful, I didn't want to leave!"

"This hostel is located next to a local bus stop to various beaches. There is a convenience store in front. The room is not very spacious and is rather damp due to lack of light and ventilation. The bathroom is not very good. There is a kitchen, refillable drinking water, and no parking. I couldn't sleep because I could hear people walking in and out of the room all the time."

"The hotel's distance from the airport is neither close nor far. It's quite tiring to walk with luggage, so you still need to pay for a taxi. The lack of a shuttle service to and from the airport is a drawback. You also have to wait for a shuttle to get from the main lobby to the actual apartment room, which isn't very convenient. And whoever designed the room curtains is a genius – they're too short at the top, letting light in, so I was woken up by the bright light before 6 AM. There's also construction happening nearby. It's full of Russians here, and the breakfast is just okay."

"This hotel is situated at one far end of Karon beach, and is literally right on the beach! We loved the super quiet location although it's a short walk out to the shops if you want to buy anything. The beach on this side was clean, not quiet but not as crowded as Patong or Kata either. We liked the quiet of it all, away from the bustle, after having spent 3 days in Kata. We booked a Deluxe Room but ended up asking to be upgraded (at a fee) to a ground level pool side room. It was the best decision ever! We stayed at Room 101 and while it was next to the ”road”, it was very quiet. We loved that we could hang out on the beach all day and pop back to the room for the toilet easily, or for more cold water or snacks. We also ordered food and coffee via Grab app and our room made it easy to come out and pick up very quickly, and we can see the grab riders coming with our food too. The staff were nice but they don't speak English well so some patience is needed. There's a cute kitty cat at the hotel, and she(?) loves cuddles and is friendly and doesn't mind being carried. Housekeeping was neat and efficient and we always had fresh towels and a clean room after a day out. The hotel is a bit dated, very reminiscent of old beach hotels we used to go to while growing up. It's well kept and lovely, and we enjoyed our stay very much. It is true that the water smells a little bit but just leave the shower running for a while and the smell goes away. Aircon was cold enough, and if I had to pick on something, I wish the curtains were blackout! Personal preference tho. Thanks to the team for a great stay."
