"All good, I like the staffs, are so cooperative. just the guyz late night snores and gossips were disturbing from neighbour bed.
There is a common flat table, a big aircon on top of the side, i was working on the table, siddenly the aircon started leaking, my laptop keyboard got wet badly, i thought it will not work. I was upset and quickly turned off laptop and dried by using my hair dryer and thank God it started working. Otherwise my travel can be so stressful."

GGuest UserI believe it used to be a Six Senses resort. It's located on an island, just a five-minute speedboat ride away. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking. The hotel truly embraces its natural environment, so be prepared to encounter wildlife like centipedes, insects, snakes, monkeys, and various small birds. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to completely unwind and relax at the property. However, the food variety at the hotel is somewhat limited, and there are virtually no other dining options on the island. Despite these points, it's still a great place overall.

AAnna_inShanghaiI truly loved this hotel!! And would come back here once more. The direct enter to the beach, three pools, free sport classes for guests. I went to Muai Thai boxing class and really enjoyed it. There is panoramic view gym and great breakfasts! The staff is also very kind and supportive. I would say it’s one of the best hotels in Bangtao beach😍
Highly recommend to take the room with the pool access. Also there is a coop restaurant Nora which belongs to the hotel. Try lobster ravioli there, I loved it for 100%.
There are many deck chairs on the beach, so you don’t need to worry and come early to occupy in advance.

__WeChat229187****Overall positive review. The public areas are huge, and the environment is great with lush vegetation and small animals. The pool is beautiful, and you can access the sea directly from the back door.
However, the sea view suite I booked was in building D, not a beachfront property, and it was a bit old. My room key failed twice.
Also, there's no Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk.

MMiriamKSecond time staying here, we love the isolated beach with only few people on it, we had dinner here this time and the food was very good. Only 5 min scooter ride away there is Nathorn beach with some bars and shops and massage places, very convenient. And only 15 min from the airport so it’s perfect for the last night on the island.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay overall and would happily return. The property is beautiful. The breakfast buffet and Madura restaurant was excellent and very tasty, with an amazing view of the pool . The staff took good care of us throughout our stay, from check-in to check-out.
They also have a gym facility and it was fun to exercise with a sea view.
For improvements, we had no privacy with room 315, the staff was always in front of the villa( check my picture) and it was a messy view… I suggested to have plantation around the villa.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort Phuket Surin Beach for three nights with our family, occupying four rooms, and had a truly wonderful experience. The resort itself is beautiful—very family-friendly, with gorgeous pools and a perfect location just across the street from Surin Beach. It’s a fantastic area to enjoy Phuket without the heavy crowds of the more tourist-packed beaches.
Our guest rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The service throughout our stay was outstanding. The team member who checked us in on the first night was incredibly kind, and every staff member we interacted with afterward was just as warm and welcoming. One of the couples we were traveling with had recently gotten married, and the staff surprised them with a lovely arrangement of towel art and flower petals on their bed—such a thoughtful touch.
As an LGBTQ+ traveling couple, we felt completely safe, respected, and welcomed during our entire stay.
Overall, this is a wonderful resort for families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing and friendly stay in Phuket. Highly recommended!

SSergey StatsenkoWe have stayed in the hotel for 4 days on the way home. Overall - we do not like this stay. Rooms were clean, staff tries to do its work. But - room had sewage smell. During our stay - we have found 4 huge cockroaches in the room. One of them was in the toilet bowl. Breakfast was not too bad but at the same time - nothing good. Choice is not too impressive but I was not hungry after it. Will I get back to this hotel - definitely no.

TToshi876Room was clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay in a serene environment then this hotel is a good choice. The shuttle bus to Robinson and Phuket Old Town was very convenient. The staff is also very polite and friendly. Overall I had a pleasant stay minus the geckos 😅 I would recommend ❤️
