Phuket Hostels

The room was very clean, hot water was plentiful, the hairdryer was powerful, and the air conditioning worked great. Overall, I was very satisfied! 👍 The price was also very affordable, and the owner was lovely. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town!

My initial thought on this accommodation business is in some ways positive. If it is viewed purely as a 'hostel' with an associated coffee shop, then it definitely has attributes (and I'll come back to those later). But if taken at face value on the basis of its tariff cost and amenities, both real and indicated, then there are several problems with it. The first is the way the premises is represented on the Trip com platform. Photographs of the double bedroom include one of a bathroom. The attached text description and its context makes the plain implication that the room has an ensuite bathroom, which it does not. If little scrutiny is applied when reading the description, this fact will escape the readers attention. Anyone looking to make a reservation quickly can easily be misled (inadvertently?) into believing that this is a 'hotel' style room. Many hostels do offer rooms with ensuite bathrooms after all. The bathroom is communal and is inconveniently located on the ground floor. Rooms are above this. A second related criticism is the room size description - 18 m sq is quoted. The room has dimensions of 3 x 3.5 m. That is, about 10 m sq ! Although late February is still peak season in Phuket, it has to be said that the room tariff of almost $60 AUD per night is exorbitant. It may be considered acceptable for a 18 m sq hotel style room, given the circumstances, but a room of this kind at this particular locality ought to be offered at a lower price. Having said this, I concede that the reservation was made late and in haste. Now onto the good things. The 10 m sq double bed room has old but high quality wooden furniture which serves its purpose well. The air conditioning is responsive and strong There is a large kitchen next to the bathroom/wash basin (trough). It's equipped with a large fridge, sink, cutlery etc as well as a coffee maker ( + ground coffee). A delicious banana cake was offered to guests. Clothes can be washed and dried via a coin operated machine. Other attributes include the woman owner/ manager who has a professional approach and an attitude very well suited to the hospitalality jndustry. The coffee shop also makes decent coffees and ham n cheese croissants.

It was an amazing experience! The location is super convenient – right next to the mall and the night market. There's really everything you need right there. It might be a little noisy if you're looking for a super peaceful stay, though. They have live music every night right outside the hotel. Games, Pool Table, Mini Pantry, Accessible Kitchen.

I liked this hostel very much. It provides everything you need, like shampoo and shower gel; breakfast is included. Laundry service is machine self-operated with coins. You can save money with drying because they have a covered area for you to dry your clothing; it dries very quickly. It's close to Phuket old town Sunday street market. The only thing that I didn't like is that the aircon is not on all the time, they turn it off from 11:30 to 16:30. They keep the fan on so it is bearable. The hostel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are lots of restaurants closeby and a shopping mall with a food court about a five-minute walk. If you book a tour the hostel is in the pickup zone so the van can be arranged to pick you up.

My first time staying at a deck dorm style.The manager was willing to come, and did check in for me in the middle of the night. Do the 200 Baht refundable deposit. Give me the towel. Informed me to the rule of no sandal/shoes at 2nd floor to maintain the floor kept clean. That is all you can see. Nice room, chill, no noise in the room, and other ”I am sleeping” rules. If you have an issue of not using sandals in the bathroom, then honestly you just need a hotel with a private room. Yeah, upper deck was scary. I dreamt of falling down 😪 Well, deck dorm style is not just for me. But a good experience here, and with 217 Baht (including tax) I paid, it is worth the money. This hotel provides breakfast too. Something I don't really expect 😁😁 They also give me a key gift over a checkout. For sure, I get my 200 Baht back.

If you want to spend the night near the airport, are on a budget, and don't mind music until 1 a.m., this is your option. Good beds, a large wardrobe, and good showers, the rest depends on your luck with your neighbors.

Pleasantly surprised, wish i had stayed more than a day. The room was very clean and modern with toilets and shower inside. The staff is very friendly they helped me carry my luggage and gave me a free coffee at check in ( it was so delicious ). There is a mini pool and a kitchen with everything you would need ( rice cooker, air frier. Water heater, microwave, refrigerator, free drinking water and ice and breakfast …) totally recommend.

The location is quite very good. Im appreciated that and give the full rate but another is unsatisfied. A lot of mosquito at the front area without ac. It is so much hot during waiting for chexk in also a bad smell of cooking from garlic. I can understand that smell is from the staff kitchen. But it should not close the reception area. Smell is so bad. The toilet is a bit small . It is hard to open and close when need to ho inside .Smell of ******* is so much bad and disturb during Im stay there. I will not come back . Sorry

This is my second time staying here and everything was perfect. The service was great, the place was clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Plus, breakfast is included. I would definitely come back again without a doubt.

Although it's far from the airport, it's close to Patong Beach and there are other street areas to enjoy. You can get to a bus stop near this hostel for about 100 baht from the airport bus. There's also Central Shopping Mall, but it was out of budget for my solo trip.
