GGuest UserHello, everyone. My wife's birthday was celebrated at the villa (7 people). The room is comfortable, large, clean, everything you need is there. Comfortable swimming pool and barbecue area. Good, responsive staff (they met us, showed us everything, and always answered our questions promptly in the chat). We liked it. We recommend it.

GGuest UserWhen I booked the hotel, I thought the photos looked good, but there was only one review, so I was a little nervous. I didn't expect it to be such a great villa. It was clean and tidy, the service was very attentive, and the breakfast made by the chef was very exquisite, changing every day. It was also very convenient to the tourist market. Yaya who served us was very considerate. The two girls wanted to go to the spa at night, and she was worried about our safety, so she asked her husband to take us there for free and pick us up. We were very touched. We paid tips as a return gift. It was really considerate. The villa is worth a try, I like it very much!

The apartment is very nice, with excellent appliances, including a washer and dryer, perfect for a quiet getaway! The owner lives next door, so it was difficult to find on maps; use the nearby Rawai Boutiqui Resort as a guide.

We stayed here from December 3rd to the 19th, and each day was filled with a special, serene happiness. This villa gave us more than just a stay; it provided the complete peace and comfort we were looking for.
Its location was perfect: we enjoyed the peace and quiet, far from the noise and traffic, yet everything we needed—excellent cafes, a 7-11, and a magnificent beach—was literally just a few minutes' walk away.
From the very first moment, we were surrounded by an atmosphere of genuine care. The staff here are a true treasure. They don't just do their job; they truly enjoy your comfort. They are always ready to help with any questions with a warm smile. Cleaning was done regularly, and the time was always agreed upon with us in advance. They also took our laundry to the laundry upon our request, and when we returned, they were neatly hung up and waiting for us outside.
The villa itself became our perfect retreat, furnished with incredible attention to detail. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, from a stove and oven to a toaster and rice cooker, making it a joy to cook at home. The welcome drinks in the large refrigerator and the extra ice in the freezer upon arrival were a warm gesture that immediately made us feel truly thoughtful. And, of course, our private pool, with its always clean and cool water, provided countless pleasant, relaxing moments.
We fell in love with this villa with all our hearts; it truly became our temporary home in Phuket. We left with a slight sadness, as if saying goodbye to something very dear. We already have every intention of returning again and again, to relive that magical feeling of returning home, even at the end of the world.
Thank you so much for these unforgettable memories and for giving me the feeling of being at home!

YYuanyuannnnI had an amazing stay here and it truly exceeded my expectations. The 4-bedroom villa is brand new with all modern facilities in perfect condition, and I honestly couldn't find a single flaw during my entire stay—it was spotless and super comfortable. The location is also fantastic, as it’s just a 10-minute walk to Kata Beach and surrounded by great cafes, restaurants, and a 7-11 all within easy walking distance, making everything so convenient. If you are looking for a fresh, high-quality, and worry-free place to stay in Phuket, this is definitely the best choice—I will absolutely be coming back!

Нам надо было где-то неподалеку подождать, когда будут свободны номера в нашем любимом отеле, поэтому забронировали на несколько дней.
Если бы весь отпуск протекал в этом месте, я бы очень расстроился.
За этим комплексом идёт большая стройка, со всеми вытекающими. Ремонт сделан очень странно. Неплохая, кухня, но сантехника вся копеечная, вода бежит еле-еле.Бассейн маленький, хотя на фото показан большой. Загорать не где.
Надо оговориться, что стоимость этого объекта не высокая, может кому-то и норм. Но мне не понравилось.

GGuest UserA family of 5 stayed here for 6 days, the hotel location is a bit remote, but the distance from the airport is still moderate. The hotel's price/performance ratio is relatively high, and the electricity fee needs to be paid at 5 baht for 1 degree. We spent 3.6 RMB on six days of electricity. The hotel is about 10 minutes drive from the nearest VILLA market and 7-11 convenience store. The hotel staff can drive you to the supermarket for free (limited to 5 pm every day). If you want someone to shop, you need to buy something faster. (10-20 minutes), you need to take a taxi back when you have a long time. If you have a Chinese driver's license, you can rent a car from the hotel because the taxi on the island is super expensive and you can't get a car. The car is 1,500 baht a day (the oil has already filled you up, you can sit for 5 people.) If you want BBQ, you can also rent a grill to the hotel (1000 baht a day). The hotel will arrange cleaning every other day to help you change the basic wash. Wait for supplies, will also help you wash the kitchen. There are 2 young ladies and 1 little brother at the front desk of the hotel. 3 people are on duty in the morning and evening, and 3 people are very friendly. I don't speak Chinese, and the English level is very good. If you have trouble communicating with other local Thai speakers, you can use English to help the front desk to help you communicate with others. Overall, the price is very high, and the living is quite satisfactory. I will consider staying here later!

- The villa's pool only lets you catch the sun in the morning; it's too cool the rest of the time
- Two-thirds of the bedrooms have no door handles, and the bathroom doors are just full of holes
- At least one shower has a very poor drain; you're standing in water that never drains
- It's hard to get a taxi; few people want to go to this area
- When we checked out, they charged 1,000 baht from the deposit for a Coke-stained duvet cover, which I found incredibly expensive
- There was no cleaning at all. Only watering the plants

LLarilarrWe loved the respectful and attentive attitude of the hosts and the view from the accommodation. It was a very clean and cozy place.
The room was spotless, no insects, good sound insulation, and clean bathroom fixtures with new furniture. No unpleasant odors, dampness, or mold. The view was pleasant, with plenty of light. Yes, there's active construction going on, but the sound insulation blocked out all the noise. The air conditioner blew clean air.
The hosts were very attentive to the condition of the accommodation and were friendly towards us.
The most significant drawbacks were the extremely hard mattress and the lack of hooks/a drying rack for swimsuits. By the fifth day, our backs were in terrible pain. It felt like sleeping on the floor. The bedding and towels were clean.
There's a restaurant and a swimming pool on the premises. Housekeeping was done only once during our five-day stay.
The hotel's location is inconvenient. It's not in a tourist area but rather among local residential neighborhoods. We spent a lot of money on taxis due to the location.
The nearest 7/11 is a 10-minute walk away. The beach is a 20-25 minute drive.
The hotel is clean and worth its price. Once the neighboring buildings are completed, it will be a fantastic complex.
