Family hotels in Phuket

This is an excellent hotel near Kata Beach. We really liked the hotel's design and the view from our room. The room had everything we needed and more. The breakfast selection was impressive, with a large menu offering various dishes. They even brought breakfast to our balcony. There was a good TV with phone connectivity, fast Wi-Fi (over 100Mbps). Our room featured a luxurious bathtub and a separate shower. The bed was super soft, and there were three different types of pillows, so you could easily find one that suited you. The owner also provides a free airport transfer, but since we couldn't inform him in advance, he kindly arranged a transfer for us to the pier as we were heading to Krabi afterward. The owner also offers complimentary rides to Kata Beach, as it's quite a walk (20 minutes). The pool is fantastic, with lighting at night. We even had direct access to it from our room. A huge thank you to Ren as well – I forgot some items in my room, but the owner was kind enough to pass them on to my friend since I had already left for Krabi. This isn't my first time in Phuket, but I would definitely return to this hotel again!

I thought a renovated hotel would be much better, but turns out, it's not! The hotel's environment and the beach are absolutely top-notch, truly beautiful! The service is also great; the front desk is warm and friendly, and the restaurant staff are all excellent. The restaurant food is delicious, and the drinks are good too. The hotel's mini-train and beach chair service are also fantastic! However, the hygiene really needs significant improvement, otherwise, it's a shame for such a well-located hotel. Hygiene details still need to be strengthened. Although they were quick to replace the stained bedsheets, it was still... The sink, sanitary bins, bedside tables, and telephone all had many unclean spots. Even the cups and plates in the restaurant were sometimes dirty...

The hotel service was great, and the front desk owner was very enthusiastic. However, the hot water in the room needs improvement. For the first two days of our three-day stay, the shower water was only lukewarm. It only returned to normal on the third day. The location is excellent, with two 7-Elevens right outside and Jungceylon shopping mall next door, making dining and shopping very convenient. Bang La seafood market is directly opposite, which is great for seafood lovers. There's a boxing gym next door, which can be noisy from 8 PM to 11 PM, but since we were on vacation and didn't go to bed early, it didn't bother us. The beach is about a ten-minute walk away. On our last day, they even let us use the swimming pool for a few hours after checking out. Overall, I think it was a very good stay.

The location is really nice, very close to the beach and a bunch of cafes. Clean, spacious room. There were some issues with the water upon checking in, but they've been resolved quickly. My overall stay there has been great. A couple of drawbacks: the aircon seems too powerful for the size of the room and it's not really possible to direct it away from the bed. The water pressure is unstable - going from very strong to weak repeatedly, which in turn makes the shower temperature unstable too.
