GGuest UserEverything was very comfortable and convenient. It's a 15-minute walk to one beach and 30 minutes to Kata Noi Beach, with massage parlors along the way. Our room had a microwave, so we made our own breakfasts, which was very budget-friendly. The room was clean with a pleasant white and gray interior. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and everything felt very comfortable. Plus, you can even swim in the pool.

FFomochkaThe hotel is well-located, about a 15-minute walk to the beach without any uphill climbs. The rooms are simple and a bit dated. I ended up in a room with a connecting door to another room (presumably sometimes rented as a family suite), which meant I could hear the neighbors very clearly, and light also seeped through the gaps around the door. I checked in late, and the staff didn't tell me where anything was or what time things operated. The next day, the receptionist was more friendly. The breakfasts were the same every day. For a couple of days, this place was fine for me, but for two weeks, it would probably be a bit depressing.

GGuest UserBooked this hotel for diving near the pier. Not too close, 20 minutes walk. There is a market village for shopping next to the hotel, with a big supermarket Watsons. The room is clean, with a small refrigerator and a small terrace. There is a small swimming pool on the second floor of the hotel. However, the noise of motorcycles is very loud at night, so be careful if you are sensitive to noise. The 162 coffee next to the hotel is super delicious!

XXianlisimayanThe Lakeside Resort is indeed an old-fashioned resort. It is not located in several large districts, but in Kathu County in the middle of Phuket, which is also a county with many people. If you don't remember that you have to walk a dark village road at the end, life is actually very convenient.
Advantages: ① Very quiet. Very small mountain, very small lake (not a stinky ditch, the kind where you can fish), there is an American-style bar and restaurant by the lake, which is quite comfortable for long-term stay. ② The swimming pool is comfortable and the water is clean. ③ There are few people. ④ There is a public tabby cat in the hotel, which is quite friendly. It will help to be on duty at the bar at night and interact with tourists during the day.
Disadvantages: The hotel I stayed in this time should be the lowest-grade holiday cottage, facing the lake, and the facilities are old. There was a rat droppings on the ground in one of the rooms (later I thought it should be a bat 😂), and I changed to another room at my request. However, all rooms of this type still have two common problems: one is that there are many ants on the window sills and frames, which must be closed tightly; the other is that the water in the toilet is okay, but when the hot water is turned on, the lights in the bedroom will flicker due to unstable voltage 🤦🏻♂️ After analysis, it may be that only the single-story townhouses by the lake have this problem. It's a circuit problem that cannot be solved. Next time if I really want to live here, I can try their larger suites. It feels pretty good. Several foreigners have lived here, and it feels like they are all long-term tenants.

GGuest UserEverything is close by, even a medical clinic (on the corner). There's a massage parlor. The staff is fantastic. A taxi to the airport is 1,100 baht.
