"The location is perfect. It is just 5 minutes from the beach by walking. There are several good restaurants around it. Towels and bed cloths are so clean. But, there is a little suggestion. They need to put kettle for hot water. I was so satisfied 😊😊😇"

GGuest UserI believe it used to be a Six Senses resort. It's located on an island, just a five-minute speedboat ride away. The surroundings are absolutely breathtaking. The hotel truly embraces its natural environment, so be prepared to encounter wildlife like centipedes, insects, snakes, monkeys, and various small birds. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to completely unwind and relax at the property. However, the food variety at the hotel is somewhat limited, and there are virtually no other dining options on the island. Despite these points, it's still a great place overall.

From the moment we arrived, Hyatt Regency Phuket impressed us with its stunning ocean views, beautifully landscaped grounds, and warm hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and came with a breathtaking view of the Sea. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious choices. We also loved the pool area — perfect for relaxing while enjoying the sunset.
Special mention to the shuttle service that made getting around Patong and Kamala so convenient. The hotel truly offers a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, relaxing and great service.
We can’t wait to come back — highly recommended for anyone visiting Phuket!

KKayla Liuroom was relatively really clean and hardly any bugs despite being in the mountains, we got some stained towels once but the hotel staff changed them immediately for us after calling in
location wise is actually better than staying in the heart of one popular location, its essentially 20-40 mins away from all the main areas, so honestly u can go to a different place each day rather than being stuck in one location.
the service was fantastic, the reception staff are quick to respond and pick up calls, the cleaning staff are quick to bring new items to the room and very thorough, there are tuktuks 24/7 and they arrive very very quickly to pick u up from your room and take u to ur room from the lobby, idk what some other reviewers are saying because they were super fast and available during my stay
the amenities in the room are all free which is great, wish their hair dryer was a bit more powerful, and also had a slight problem with the power shutting on and off every now and then, the aircon setting is also set to quite a cold temperature
otherwise i think this was a great stay, rooms are beautiful, bathroom was beautiful, its very private and secluded

TTumTum88Wonderful stay in great location! The hotel just short drive down along the beach abt 5mins to center. The staff are very warm welcome and friendly all the time. The restaurant also the highlight with good atmosphere, lot of selection and delicious also worth the price. Will back soon for sure!!!

11365804****This was my second stay here. The room's location wasn't ideal this time, probably because I checked in quite late. Thailand was the final stop on this trip after Singapore and the Maldives, and I was pretty exhausted from the earlier legs. In Phuket, all I wanted to do was sleep in at the hotel, enjoy good food and drinks, and get some massages. The breathtaking sunsets I missed in the Maldives were a daily sight here. What's more, there are plenty of spas nearby that are both affordable and incredibly relaxing.

We had a wonderful stay at Pullman Phuket Karon Beach Resort! The location is perfect — peaceful yet close to everything. The resort itself is beautiful, very well-maintained, and exceptionally clean. The food was absolutely amazing with a great variety and taste. What truly made our stay memorable was the cooperative and friendly staff — their service was outstanding throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious experience in Phuket!

NNikitaThe pool and the breakfast are good. We also had a nice town view.
The room is controversial. We had to wait till exactly 14:00 to check in. We couldn't even check in at 13:58. The toilet is a joke. It has a big glass with a frosted part so you can see a silhouette of a person in the shower. The sliding door has a big gap so you can see a person sitting on a toilet through it. So there's no sound proof on the toilet and you can see and hear almost everything happening inside. I had to go to the first floor toilet to do my things. And water pipes are noisy and might start buzzing in the middle of the night. A few times we heard loud music somewhere in the hotel so we had to call the reception to solve the problem otherwise it was impossible to rest in the room. There also was dust somewhere in the room.
I'm not sure I'll stay there again.
