Very good. We originally booked a superior room, but the front desk lady upgraded us to a deluxe room for free. It's 54 square meters, which is great! I also booked this hotel when I came to Phuket in March last year. The location is very good and it's very convenient to go anywhere. Highly recommended!

At first I informed that I asked for a queen size bed, but it turned out to be a twin bed. I informed the staff and they moved the bed and put a topper on it to quickly turn it into a large bed. The bathroom is clean, with a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, toiletries, and slippers.
The disadvantage is that the water flow is not very strong, but it is not bad and there is only a small amount of parking.

The room was very bad, the front desk was arrogant, and the room was totally different from the pictures. They were very unfriendly to Chinese people. The balcony was just a platform, and there was no place for a chair. It was worse than a rental house. The door was connected to the toilet, and the sink was in the room. There was water on the floor, and it was easy to fall. I stayed for one night and changed hotels overnight. The small apartments outside were better here. The swimming pool was not big at all, and it was right at the front desk of the hotel. Even pigs were embarrassed to take a bath. Be careful when booking!
