The whole experience was extremely relaxing. We chatted while enjoying the massage, and it felt absolutely delightful. "A new hotel that opened in 2025. We really like the cleanliness and services from this hotel. That’s totally perfect. My parents are celebrating their anniversary in Phuket so the hotel makes us the surprise. We really appreciate it ! And also the extra sofa bed with blanket and pillow is very nice ! "We were looking for a hotel in Patong based on reviews, and this was the only one without any bad feedback. We were curious to see if it was true, and indeed, everything written about it is spot on. The hotel is new, and the owner and staff meticulously maintain it. Everything is brand new, the rooms are spotless, and the staff are incredibly polite. We loved it! All our requests were promptly fulfilled. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to all the popular spots like Jungceylon shopping mall, Banzan night market, and other Patong attractions. I'd especially like to commend Shwe, Max, and Lin. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. I also want to mention how much we enjoyed the kitchen. It has a fantastic coffee machine, all the necessary appliances, crockery, and even some ingredients to make your own breakfast. It only took us 15 minutes to whip up some bacon and eggs with a cup of coffee, all provided free of charge to guests. This is a truly excellent hotel, all thanks to its staff and owner. If we ever return to Phuket, it will definitely be The Rock Patong Comfort Stay. ❤️"

"Arrived early than the actual check-in time, and we are allowed for early check-in as the room is ready for us. Room cleanliness is top-notch, looks like everything new and clean properly. Receptionist are friendly are helpful. The only downside is no elevator so we need to climb up to 4th floor which is quite steep. Hotel location is really close to Old Town, Lard Yai Market, 7-eleven, bus terminal and many more. Great experience. Will recommend this hotel to others."

"Room: Good, comfortable, and the A/C was cold. The hot water in the bathroom worked well, and the pillows were great, I slept very comfortably. Service: Easy check-in. Amenities: For parking, if 10 is the highest score, I'd give it a 2. I parked in spot number 6, but around 10 PM, I couldn't get out because I was double-parked, and I couldn't contact any staff or find the person who double-parked me. This meant I couldn't go anywhere. I really want to advise future guests that the parking is insufficient for the number of visitors. Guests lose their ability to go out if someone parks incorrectly. It's such a shame, I really hope the accommodation finds a solution for the parking situation."

"Fantastic value for money and absolutely one of the best stays I've had (and I've visited over 30 countries and stayed in hundreds of hotels). The hotel is brand new, modern, clean, and stylishly decorated, with comfortable rooms and great amenities. The rooftop pool, gym, and rooftop bar made my stay even more enjoyable. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my entire stay. Housekeeping is fantastic; everything is replenished, and they even provide extras. You get bath towels, two pool towels, and two bathrobes. Coffee, tea – everything is refilled daily if used. Everything ran smoothly and professionally, and I truly felt welcome. The location near the sea is also a big plus. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again."

"The kindest and most beautiful girl in Patong will greet you here! She's very attentive, always answering all your questions and solving any problems that arise. We had a minor issue with the air conditioning upon check-in, but Bella helped us resolve it, making our stay even more comfortable. The hotel is on the second line of Patong, 5 minutes from the beach. Breakfast is not provided, but that's not a problem at all. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby to suit every taste and budget. The hotel provides free high-quality drinking water. The plumbing is in excellent condition and works without any issues. There's a large refrigerator! I've never seen something like this before, it's very cool and convenient! The hotel has an elevator, so don't worry about your luggage or back. A huge thank you to Bella at reception for making our stay comfortable! Thanks to the hotel owners, everything was perfect. I'd like to add that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and if you're looking for a positive vacation, you'll find it."

"My stay at this hotel left a very pleasant impression. I'd especially like to highlight the staff's attitude. Their politeness and friendliness didn't feel routine or forced; it was genuinely sincere. The excellent organization of operations is evident in everything, from check-in to daily service. The staff are polite and attentive, always ready to help, and in some situations, they even went the extra mile to accommodate us. The room was very cozy and, most importantly, impeccably clean. It's clear that the premises are meticulously maintained. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The hotel feels peaceful and comfortable, making you feel like a valued guest. Everything worked perfectly; the appliances were new, and the plumbing was faultless."

"It is definitely worth the price . I highly recommend it . At first I thought i would regret it as it is said to be a student dormitory (on google map)(I found it after booking T-T)but it is very clean unlike some other hotels and facilities are great which is basically the same as hotel types but the problem was that the two rooms I rented are on 2 nd floor and the elevator was between the first floor and the second floor so we have to move the many heavy languages with stairs but then they send some helpers for it tho. I travel with 4people excluding me which was odd number and an extra bed was needed and it is just a sheet of bed and blankets and pillows which I find a bit uncomfortable to sleep but it could be just me tho.The stuffs are very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed my stay there !!!"
